Le service client a été remplacé par…

Le service client a été remplacé par une intelligence artificielle. En ce qui concerne les résultats de ma commande, je n'ai toujours pas reçu mon colis. L'IA se contente de me répondre : « Il semblerait que vous ayez besoin d'aide de la part du service client. » Ce constat est déconcertant.

Order made 27/12/24 no delivery, no order updates and no one coming back on customer service.

They have 139 GBP of my money,

Terrible experience with this company

I wanted to start by mentioning that the play toys are good in general, except for some cases in which the quality is so bad that they have lasted two days. The customer service is terrible, they have taken more than 16 days to respond with an ambiguous text and closing the “case” without the opportunity to answer. There is a subscription system that is automatically enabled when you buy (it is a shame that a company does that nowadays). I have suffered shipments that have arrived more than 2 weeks late (I had a horrible Santa Claus night) and as I said without the possibility to talk to the company. In summary I recommend NEVER BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Terrible customer service, be aware!

I ordered the Play Kitchen from Lovevery during the Black Friday sale and it's still unusable! First of all, I only received one box with no notice that this was meant to be delivered across 2 boxes so I started putting the kitchen together and then realised it couldn't be completed. I now have finally received the second box and guess what! I am missing 3 pieces. On top of this, the customer service has been appalling - it took them 16 days to respond to my request and they waited for the second box to be delivered essentially to tell me all is well. Given how expensive this item is, I find this level of service shocking! I have been a subscriber to their boxes but now considering churning as you can get the same toys for half the price on Amazon.

Good toys, very poor customer service

Similar to many other reviews, I am now facing delayed shipping or no shipping at all whilst payment has been taken from my bank account.
Customer service very poor; seem unable to read/understand what is written in my emails

kit reçu sans commande

j'ai passé une commande qui se devait unique. Résultat, un deuxième a été envoyé et impossible de le retourner.
Ils répondent toujours la même chose, je suppose qu'il s'agit d'une IA.
bilan, je me retrouve débitée de 129 € pour un kit que je ne voulais pas. faites attention

The worst retail company ever

The worst retail company ever! The price for delivery is rediculously high, they send each item as a separate parcel, which tripples the price for the delivery. But you will not receive your items on time - forget about it. If they will ever send it after bombarding them with e-mails and angry messages in social media, you still will not receive the pricey items as they will be stored at a parcel centre for ages and the tracking data for anpther items will never work. And again NO REPLIES to any emails!!! Since 1.12.2024 until 10.01.2025 no parcel ever arrived!

Sad decline

I first ordered at the start of 2024, and I would have given 5 stars as the boxes are great and the shipping was clear and quick. However, since September 2024, the service has changed. Missing boxes, delayed shipping, conflicting communication, and now no communication. A box has been “preparing and shipping” for nearly two months. My baby will now possibly be too old for the box when it arrives. Currently, sadly, I would say to avoid this company, until they sort of whatever the current barrier is to all this mess.

L'arnaque de l'abonnement implicite!!

Je ne remets pas en cause la qualité des produits que je ne connais car c'est un cadeau que j'ai fait à mon petite neveu. Par contre l’abonnement implicite à chaque commande n’est vraiment pas clair et il faut être vraiment attentif pour le voir. Je n'avais pas vu ce point (j'ai suivi par défaut une liste de naissance) et je me retrouve à devoir payer un 2ème kit deux mois après!! surtout vu le prix des produits... vraiment inadmissible comme processus de vente!!

No parcel received and no customer service

Placed an order more than 3 weeks ago and have not heard from them anymore! No answer to any means of communication. Very frustrating as it was a gift! And as it was pretty expensive as well! It’s really a shame their customer service does not work as the toys are great quality when/if they do arrive!

It is the priority of this company to…

It is the priority of this company to reflect racial discrimination in its products. They paired a word with a pronunciation similar to that of a Chinese with the face of an Asian child. They feel that this blatant regulation is appropriate. They also hope that the children of those who buy the product will develop the habit of regulating others subconsciously. They let your children learn to restrict others without independent cognition. How many copies of this book have been sold, and how many children from different families have been victims. If you are an employee of this company, you need to feedback this issue and ask the company to make changes. You prefer to believe that this is a trouble created by some stupid rural editor, and he cannot represent all of you, right? Or, does the race to which your company belongs have a preference for discrimination? Which view do you want to believe?

I have rarely faced worse customer…

I have rarely faced worse customer service. I have not been able to get in touch with someone even though I tried all available options. I used the AI bot that keeps telling me they will get me in touch with someone but this never happens. I have filled in the form and also used whatsapp and I did not get any answer.
The lack of professionalism is unacceptable.

I didn’t receive my complete order

I only received 1 book and 4 booklets of my entire box. I emailed them twice and still have no answer. I wanted the box for Christmas. No one is actually answering. I don’t know how to contact them to get my box. In Europe I cannot find a contact number.

Horrible

Horrible. Their customer service is awful. I was unable to start from the kit I wanted and it kept automatically starting the subscription from a later kit, shipping cost valued at 65euros per kit! I tried to order during the sale so that I could also order the block set and ended up not purchasing an order over 500euros worth because after 10 days of trying to talk to someone about basic issues I was never contacted. Subscription took over 2 weeks to cancel as the option to cancel literally stopped showing up on my account until it magically re appeared. This was not the first time I have had issues with them.

MISSING ORDER & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. Half of my order is still missing, and every week I’m told to wait until “Thursday,” only for Thursday to come and go with no sign of my parcel. The lack of communication is shocking—it takes days for anyone to respond, and even then, nothing gets resolved. Considering the significant amount of money I spent, this level of service is absolutely unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from here again. STAY AWAY

Terrible experience

They create automatic subscriptions without notifying you (no account created) and then disappear so it is virtually impossible to cancel your order. Terrible customer service which takes at least a week to come back. I ordered from them on 20/11 and they already created another “subscription” order on 03/12. It was shipped only today but during all this time I was unable to cancel and get a refund. There are other companies that produce Montessori toys and value their customers more!
