bread is normally very good but i do think if you say order by today you should not have to wait until the day after is supposed to be delivered, so my last bread order had to be thrown away as it sat in my porch for 5 days .

Absolutely love the white thin sliced bread, it's very versatile. You can use it in any way you would normal white bread

I wrote a complaint letter about the weight of some of the bread I have been sent, despite sending pictures as requested and chasing, I am still waiting for a response

The bases arrived with a very short date, and already mouldy! Please send a new order with a much longer date

Similar to others. No response at all after the food I ordered was covered in mould prior to the (rather short) expiry date. I will also have to go through my bank for a refund. I would avoid them. The customer service is appalling. Sent in two complaints and heard absolutely nothing.

Whilst the delivery service was excellent

I ordered some goods a month ago and they never arrived. They don't respond to emails or issue a refund. I shall have to go through the fraud department of the bank and report them to trading standards.
I'm so disappointed because I was looking forward to their products but I have now found someone else more reliable.

Great tasting low carbohydrate bread, rolls, baguettes and pizza bases. My son has to have a low carbohydrate diet due to being diagnosed with non-alcoholic related fatty liver disease, finding the low carbohydrate food company was life changing means my son can enjoy all the foods he used to but with the low carbohydrates. Thank you.

Highly recommended from my grateful family. I’ve bought quite a few low-carb bread box selections from Low Carb Food Co for myself and as ‘special presents’ for family. They are either trying hard to lose weight or want to keep weight down. It is marvellous to have low carb bread back on the menu.

If your company can produce a low-carb gluten-free loaf, then that would be absolutely fantastic.

The size of the Baguettes are smaller then they used to be.

As always excellent bread substitute for my type 2 diabetic Husband. It’s a life saver for him.
