We completely understand your comments about the size and value though. Because our breads are specialist low-carb products made with premium ingredients in small batches here in the UK, they are quite different to standard supermarket loaves both in size and production costs.

For many customers following low-carb or keto lifestyles, the nutritional benefits make that trade-off worthwhile, but we absolutely understand that everyone weighs that balance differently. Thank you again for giving us a try and for sharing your thoughts so thoughtfully 💛

Because our breads and baked goods are specialist low-carb products made with premium ingredients in small batches here in the UK, they do cost more to produce than standard supermarket products. We know that can be an adjustment, so it’s wonderful to hear you feel they’ve still been worthwhile and are already helping you see results 💛

We also absolutely love the image of duck eggs and toasted soldiers every morning - that’s exactly the kind of simple food joy we want people to be able to keep enjoying while staying low carb 😊 Thanks again for taking the time to leave such a lovely review.

We absolutely understand why this experience left you upset, particularly as you felt your concerns weren’t properly addressed. Subscription products should always be made clear during checkout, and if there’s any possibility the process was confusing or unclear, that’s something we take very seriously and will review internally.

Unfortunately, once an order has already been dispatched we’re often unable to stop it in transit, but we completely appreciate that this did not answer the wider concern you were raising. We’re sorry you felt unheard, as that’s never the experience we want customers to have.

We have recently been making significant improvements to our customer service processes and website experience, including reviewing areas where customers may be confused during ordering, and feedback like yours is genuinely helpful in highlighting where we need to do better.

We completely understand the comments about postage too. Because we produce specialist low-carb products in smaller batches and many items are sent fresh, shipping can unfortunately be a bigger part of the overall cost than with supermarket products.

We completely understand the frustration when favourite breads go out of stock though. Because many of our products are made in smaller batches to keep quality high and freshness at its best, some popular items can sell through faster than expected - especially recently! We are continually working on improving stock availability and production planning so hopefully you’ll see improvements there going forward 💛
