Every time I order from your website, it says Item in Stock, yet every time there is an issue and it's not in stock. Last item I ordered took weeks to ship. I ordered the item, in stock, yet it took two weeks to create the shipping label. Then the label was created on Monday and it didn't get to UPS till the following Monday. Takes WEEKS to get anything.

Company was fast and responsive. They had exactly what I needed and received it on time at a great price! Thanks for the service!

I had a problem a older Kemore 80 Series washer. Most places charge so much for the parts, it's best to just replace the machine. Laundry Owners Warehouse parts prices in this situation were low enough to make if feasible to repair versus replace.

I’ve been trying to contact the company to return my item and have been ignored for weeks.

I have been trying for three weeks to get an order straightened out that LOW admitted in the only email they sent, that it was their fault. They say they will respond by email, to resolve the situation, but they don't. Finally was able to talk to a receptionist and she said they would call and they don't. They have my money, and I don't have my parts. I would like to have my money back and send them back the wrong parts, but so far no response. Laundry Owners Warehouse service and support is not just pathetically terrible, it's nonexistent.

Last transaction took over a month to get sent out. When they finally received it, not expedited shipping was offered? Very disappointing!

Highly recommend, fast delivery

I stopped using Laundry Owners Warehouse for over a year and just recently I began to use them again. The reason I stopped was because of all the troubles I was having getting my parts after the sale. Frustrated with the inventory levels of parts not matching with the online levels advertised, I decided never to use you again. But I decided to give you guys one more chance and began to order here and there just for testing. So far you all have done a great job with the inventory and getting the parts to me much faster. I am very happy. Please keep it up.

The last two purchases I made from Laundry Owners Warehouse were horrible one i ordered a set of bearing and shaft for my dryer and only the bearings arrived. the other i ordered two cube relays for my washer on 9/24/25 its now 10/6 and I still have not received anything, it shouldn't take this long even if its coming from the manufacturer
