Dreadful experience for myself
Dreadful experience for myself, I bought some xp wsa xl st headphones and they arrived with a loose head band and eventually after 2 weeks they developed a fault where it took up to 6 hours to charge and not holding a full charge for a session the next day, so I returned them and a week later I enquired to what was happening and why they were taking so long to replace or fix them and I was told that xp had been testing them for 14 hours and there hadn’t been any drop outs with pairing, not the problem I was encountering so in the end I said to lp to just keep them as there was no point in returning them to me when the problem hadn’t been solved. And yes they kept them so I’m now out of pocket to the tune of £177.00 plus the £5.45 I had to pay in postage, I normally use Regton’s for my metal detecting equipment but a friend recommended me to lp, what a costly mistake that was for me. The main problem I have is that I have ADHD and I suffer badly from anxiety so the thoughts of my headphones not working after I’ve charged them the night before really stress me out.
