Great customer service
Somehow my order got delivered to a postcode 12 miles away, but after a quick live chat with LP a replacement was delivered next day with no quibbles. Excellent service.

Resposta da LP Metal Detecting
Hi, we are sorry to hear you experienced an issue with your metal detector on first use. I understand one of the team has now reached out to you to offer some tips and advice, which should solve all of your problems.
To reiterate, modern 1p, 2p, 5p, and 10p coins have an iron centre. Since most metal detectors can discriminate against iron, these coins will usually be rejected. If you are keen to locate these items, then you can run the machine in ‘All Metal’ mode, but be aware this will then mean you will indeed detect all metals, whether that be rusty nails, plough shears, bolts or washers.
For future reference, our helpful team are on hand with any advice you may need moving forward, and they can be reached by phone on 01635 597975, on live chat at www.lpmetaldetecting, or by direct message on any of our social media channels.
We wish you all the success on your holiday, and hope you make some great finds.
