5 star website and 5 star customer service
Great website and it's easy to navigate.. As a beginner it was helpful for selecting my detector, the hub was great as it showed me clubs and events in my area.
Customer service was spot on, I had a problem, there was no quibble and the issue was rectified promptly with a free return. Delivery was quick and faultless.

Great Company
Great Company, Service exceptional, great Products. Only one Gripe I have and, that is the Price I had to Pay for a Tiny little Rubber Bung that fits in the End of the Shaft on the Manticore. It Cost me over £16 and then Postage on top of that, brought it to just a few Penny's shy of £20.
For a Tiny little Rubber Bung, I find that is an Abominable Price to Charge for it, so I am not very Happy about that. I am sure the Pricing of that is somewhat wrong, and then to be Charged for Postage on Top of an already extortionate Price for the Tiny Item, is beyond me.

Hi John,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, and we're really pleased to hear you found our service exceptional and were happy with the products.
We completely understand your frustration regarding the cost of the rubber end cap. While we'd all like these small replacement parts to be more affordable, unfortunately the pricing of genuine spare parts is set higher up the supply chain, leaving very little flexibility at our end.
Regarding the postage, we always aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible while ensuring orders are sent securely and tracked.
We really do appreciate your feedback, and we're glad that, despite this, you were happy with the service you received from us. We hope to be able to help you again in the future.
