Brilliant experience
I enquired about an out of stock produce via LRM's online chat function and had such a prompt and thorough responses offering an alternative to the out of stock item. I then proceeded to place my order and my items, with personalisation arrived the next day. Such great quality bags and fantastic service. Thank you!

Great product and quality….very poor customer service! I ordered my bag and qualified for a free makeup bag, when my bag arrived the makeup bag was missing , despite a note on my order showing the special offer code! I contacted customer service and they replied saying there wasn’t any mention of the offer code on my order so basically better luck next time! I rechecked my order and screenshotted the order to them and haven’t heard anything further since! LRM…if you can’t provide the offer goods- don’t use false offer codes to entice customers.

Beautiful back pack
I got a beautiful backpack for my daughter. Great quality, love the colours and embroidery was excellent. She takes it with her everywhere we go. Perfect size for nursery and outings, would definitely recommend as a present for young kids!

I’ve just bought my second Polly in Pale Blue Pebbled 🩵and as ever I’m so impressed! I’ve bought many LRM bags over the years - and there’s a reason why! The quality is second to none - any order I’ve made arrives quickly and beautifully packaged it is such a luxury experience. The clasps and hardware of the bags are good quality and I’ve never had an issue with any of my bags. I love that bags can be given a new look with an alternative strap which there are so many gorgeous designs to choose from. Me, my mum and my daughter each have an Ella heart bag which have all been personalised and for no extra charge! I doubt this will be my last purchase - I have my eye on the mini Polly so my daughter can match! Thank you again LRM ❤️

Brought the Fleur hip bag glasses case set in pink for my friend and it’s gorgeous. The website was easy to navigate and place an order, and the bag arrived as expected and in perfect condition! I am really happy with the service and quality, and my friend is super happy with her new bag and glasses case! Would highly recommend.

I am so thrilled with my new leather Olivia Tote Bag from LRM GOODS. I went with the brown suede but debating getting the black leather version too! A great size bag which I use for work - fits my laptop which was a must!

I placed an order on 2 May and according to their tracking information it’s still being prepared for shipping. Tried to contact by phone and email with no success. Want to cancel my order because of poor service and non existent customer care.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I payed £175 for a bag , they said it would come on the Friday, it never turned up and when I enquired they said they didn’t even have the bag let alone sent it. They are refusing to refund me my money I have had to get my BANk involved.

Emailed, messages, dm on instagram, just ignoring him! Bag is still showing as “awaiting fulfilment” so they have not even posted it yet! Really disappointed as I have bags from here and love them but this has really put me off! Hopefully we can claim back the money through the credit card company, absolute joke!
Excellent service from LRM
Excellent service from LRM. I emailed to ask whether the Polly bag was available in a certain colour and a sample was available for sale. From my first enquiry to receiving my gorgeous bag, the customer service was superb. Well packed and quick delivery and a fabulous bag, well made and one that I will enjoy using. High recommend LRM.
Beware - read all reviews before purchase
Wish I’d spent more time reading reviews. The bag I received was faulty - stitching loose, handle coming off, poor quality. I returned and the refund is now overdue (despite LRM confirming that they’d received the bag over two weeks ago and email confirmation of the refund timings from Olivia at LRM - I was told 5-14 days). Really disappointing service. Feel like I’ve had to push every step of the way for return label, chasing refund etc. not good enough.
Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company. I have ordered several items and never had a problem till now. Ordered the Rosie bag in tan with personalised initials. The quality is absolutely shocking. Was advised to send pictures of the bag, which I did. Was advised they could either issue a partial refund of £10 or get a replacement. However I wouldn’t get the replacement until the original bag has been received. So packed the bag up and sent it back to then have to chase them to ask when it would be issued. The replacement bag has arrived and again same problem. So emailed again to say not happy. I have this bag in olive green with same leather grain so could compare. Took a further 2 emails to get a response to say nothing can be done. It’s passed there quality check so won’t do anything. Thing is they have just sent the same bag back. Customer service is absolutely appalling. Bet Vicky Pattinson didn’t have this problem
Really disappointed with this bag
Really disappointed with this bag, always been a huge fan of LRM and own several bags but the hardware on the polly bag after only a couple of uses has just turned from gold to silver, went through the hassle of packing and sending back for them to replace one bit leave all the other damage parts and send back to me. Learnt my lesson and will not order again.
Awful service. No refunds
Can’t comment on the quality/immediate return. However customer service is atrocious. More than 2 weeks since i returned item, no refund whatsoever and no response to emails asking for such. I have raised a charge back w my credit card. I wouldn’t recommend this merchant

The returns process for this company is awful. I had to send three emails just to be given the address to send back a faulty bag - this took a week. No returns label was provided and I had to send the bag back at my own cost. I am now chasing again as the bag has been received but no refund processed. The shop policies are not in line with the Consumer Rights Act and I would not recommend using this company.

Amazing Handbags, amazing quality
I’ve ordered 6-7 handbags & accessories over the last few years, recently 2 Eliza Handbags, one for myself and one for a gift. They are incredible! I absolutely love all the products. Excellent quality, great value for money and so sleek and stylish. I always get complimented on my bag when I’m wearing it and I always rave to my friends about LRM. I love everything about the bags & what LRM stands for. The company itself has a fab instagram, helpful information and fast delivery! I love the personalisation and just the personal touches. I’d highly recommend to everyone. I’ve had my handbags many years and the quality and shape stay with them. Such amazing products! I have a variety of colours, bag styles and love they have women’s names for each one. The bags are versatile, could not shout about them more!! :) LOVE
