Hi, have just received my new Suede Polly.(5th) Ever since I started to buy your bags, I have been trying to decide where recognise the distinctive leather smell from. It's finally hit me. I used to buy Fairfaxandfavor bags. The leathersmells the same. I stopped buying them as they were too expensive.
How can you make gorgeous bags at such reasonable prices? When you use the same leather. I'm so pleased I discovered your company.

Purchased Rosie bag which aren't cheap. The stitching has come loose and the 'leather' has split.
Outside the warranty period so wouldn't entertain helping.
Poor quality and poor service.

I ordered a black Rosie bag in their black Friday sale. This is the second Rosie I own, the first (navy) was purchased over 6 years ago and I still use it today. The bag is absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to use it. The only reason for 4 stars is I chose 'gift wrapped' and it came with ripped tissue paper around it. I was considering purchasing another for a present however, I will pay the £10 extra. Overall brilliant item and website is easy to navigate. I doubt I'll wait as long to purchase my next bag.

I ordered 2 bags on Sunday and they arrived Tuesday - with personalisation! The bags are such beautiful quality. I added a note to my order to ask for my name as opposed to just my initials if at all possible (the online system would only let me do 8 characters) - so I wasn’t expecting to open the bag and it have my name on. The service is amazing and honestly - the bags are stunning! I will 100% be ordering again. Thank you so much.

I have quite a few items from lrm, love the bags great quality, always friendly answering my question, but the bags are amazing, if you want a great present or a treat for yourself that’s the place to go can’t go wrong, great service and brilliant products, the attention to detail is insane !! Would recommend always !!!

Absolutely love all my LRM bags. The quality of the bags is beautiful, my suede lily is my favourite, the colour and feel is perfect.
I always get so many compliments when I wear any of the bags but especially the black Eliza.

The products are superb quality and design. Customer service was also excellent. Very pleased with my purchase.

Ordered the cream sling bag and was so disappointed when it arrived as could only fit my phone and abit of make up and keys in it. Also the quality was nothing like bags I have had from Sofia spritz or Ollie and nick which I would highly recommend rather than this company. Requested to return and had to chase for response. Eventually got their details and had to pay to send it back tracked. Then after chasing for refund I was told it had been sent back with a funny smell so they were waiting afew days to see if it went! I packed it back up immediately so there was no smell, apart from it didn't smell of leather which is another thing I noticed. Sent back on 29 august and finally got refund on 25 September and even then they didn't refund full amount so with having to pay to return it tracked and not being refunded in full I am down over ten pounds! Feels like a two bit company run by one person and their customer service is terrible. Wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing. I would recommend avoiding as there are so many more reputable companies with similar prices doing far more superior bags.

This is such a fantastic little company. The bags are gorgeous and the customer service is personal....no Ai automated replies here. I was impressed by how much they care which means they pay attention to their customer base. Love it!

All I want to know is why I haven’t received my order back on September 11th. They are in stock online yet still waiting. No reply from their customer service. Just messages back to say they are really busy so delays in responding. Just want to know where my order is or a refund so very disappointed in their service. I think 24 hours is over and above enough time to sort out existing orders. Won’t use this company again as these were presents and dates have been missed and the lack of communications makes the company not acceptable .
Sorry hate to leave a bad review but I just want my two bags ordered or a refund.

Words cannot describe how much I love LRM bags. I am on my 6th bag and adore all of them. My in laws recently bought me the new Lucinda bag for my birthday but chose the clear option for embossing, rather than gold. I emailed the team who provided a quick response saying that they were able to change it as it hadn’t been shipped yet. Great customer service, thanks so much.

Beautiful bag. I could fit so much in and love the fact it’s got a zip to keep everything safe. I had loads of compliments and the material is lush. I went for the Polly Top Handle Bag in leopard pebble. Would love every colour.

I wanted to buy my wife something for our 3rd wedding anniversary (leather). I was scanning instagram and remembered she loves LRM bags so thought I’d take a look on the page. I was delighted to see they had released the new Lucinda bag however then realised it hadn’t been released!
I sent a direct message to the ladies at LRM and asked what date it would be released, explained my predicament and that I was requiring a gift for my wedding anniversary but was going away on holiday in 3 days time!
I couldn’t believe my luck when I had a prompt reply to say they had the bags in stock and was supplied with a secret link to purchase the bag early! It really is service like this that sets apart the best from the rest!
I wanted to give the bag to my wife early but waited hiding it in my holiday bag.
We spent our anniversary on a beautiful cruise ship and she was given the bag. Her eyes lit up and when told it had not even been released she couldn’t believe it!
I cannot thank the team at LRM enough for allowing me to purchase the bag early. My wife is a regular customer (well I am as I normally buy them for her) and we will continue to be customers for this great brand.
The bag got a lot of attention on our holiday and numerous people asked where it was from.
