Great price, great customer service, great communication.

LSD undertook a medium sized garden landscaping job for us. It was tough work but all done incredibly efficiently and well.
From the outset Alex, Kris and the team were very responsive, listened to what we wanted, were patient with a few changes of mind along the way and quick to get things done.
The team were always courteous and left things tidy. Crucially, everyone was communicative and responsive - vital when you’re managing a project.
The workmanship was of excellent quality and the finished garden looks fantastic. I would recommend the team
highly.

Friendly, helpful, and competitively quoting without having been advised of competition’s quotations. They also included VAT in their quotation which isn’t always clear with other company’s quotations. But above all else, we were able to talk to a real person !

Easy to order. Was promptlyinformed about the order and its progress via email. Detailed information about the order, what to expect to happen when delivered and what to do was explained in detail. Good range of products.
Following the delivery of paving slabs, I contacted LSD on live chat as I felt the images on their site and the description of the colour of the slabs did not represent the colour of the slabs I received. They were easy to contact and quick to respond. Despite the difference in colour expectations I have given the company 5 stars for their customer service and the quality of the product.

Great items well priced. Good response to an issue I had with delivery. Items arrived before schedule, meaning we were not ready for this delivery, even confirming the delivery dates

Use before with good service so Use again this time delivered with no notice I received a phone call on the day from driver wanting to know whether I was.I therefore had to drop everything and make my way back which was 30 minutes away the driver did apologise and said I would receive a call as to what was the problem still waiting. Thank you for your phone call explaining the delivery mix up it was most appreciated and thank you for your advice regarding cleaning slabs.

Product and delivery were fine. Issue is that they would not supply 60 slabs. Said that 60 was one and a half packs and they did not do half packs. When delivery came the pack size is 20. I ended up buying the third pack locally and for less £.

Good website to use and order but poor communication around delivery and had to chase a few times for updates as dates changed a few times. One of the pavers also came damaged which I complained about but never got a response.
