I had an issue with registering onto the LSH portal. Phil Rabone sent me a link that solved the issue.

I recently sent an email to Phil Rabone requesting access to MyLSHR as I couldn’t access and he has quickly and efficiently set me up and I am now able to access my account.

After an initial wait to get through to the right dept I spoke to Abbi Sharp. She was Very efficient and friendly . Handled my question quickly and helped me to get through some technical issues and ultimately find the solution.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic support from Kelly and Elite Commercial

I wanted to leave a review following what has been a very stressful water leak and insurance claim at our property.

Kelly Doughty at LSH has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout. There have been a lot of moving parts and complications, and Kelly has consistently helped us navigate them and get things moving towards a resolution.

I particularly want to highlight Elite Commercial, who have been absolutely fantastic. They arrived, got straight to work, identified that the leak from the flat above was actually still active and were flexible enough to get it repaired, as well as carrying out the reinstatement works. The work they have done looks incredible, and they have been honest, trustworthy, kind and incredibly professional throughout.

What really stood out was the difference between contractors. We had previously received a quote of £10,658 for the works, which was not approved by the Sedgwick loss adjuster and which we were advised was extremely excessive. Elite Commercial subsequently quoted around £2,200, which was reviewed and approved by the loss adjuster as fair and reasonable.

That is an enormous difference, particularly for someone already dealing with the stress of significant water damage and an insurance claim. I think it really highlights the importance of working with honest, trustworthy contractors who charge fairly.

A huge thank you to Kelly for her patience, help and support throughout, and to Elite Commercial for being so proactive and doing such a brilliant job. Hopefully, after a long and stressful process, everything is finally resolved!

Having just moved into my new flat, I rang LSH to pay the first instalment of the service charge.

They have been awfull callum doesn’t answere emails or the phone.we’re fully paid up with our service charge- they did not do the gutters £200 we’ve paid for that or cleaned the windows, the electric comunal door we paid for it to be fixed twice £350 +roof tiles £460 - gardening we done ourselves paid one amount of £40 and bought a lawnmower aswell they obviously don’t care - there’s other jobs they’ve not done but I’d be here all night - there absolutely shocking , they’ve just sent us another bill in for £500 which there not entitled too we don’t owe it -( yes we’d get a better deal off the mafia)

Great customer service, quick and efficient replies . My issue was fully resolved within a day of contact.

Never received any reply’s yet to any of my emails they answere the phone tell you to contact Callum thats the end of your inquiry - phone or email he doesn’t seem to exist , our money has been taken in service charges and no repairs or service work carried out- really poor service - sorry I don’t know of anything good I can say about them other than they did take over from someone else , but still it was them who got our last lot of service charge payment and left tiles off the the roof which the leaseholders ended paying for to stay dry no follow up whatsoever from them- so we paid twice ,also we done the gutters and gardening and paid for the electric door to get fixed-they just kept the money.
Now we’ve broke off legally and formed our own management company
