This is a CHINESE seller with a freight forwarding company located in the US!

They are NOT A US COMPANY - head up folks!

And the reason that several other reviews state the phone number is no good/doesn't work is 'they don't speak English and can not communicate with you, so they give a fake number'...

Only shipped one unit -- ordered 2 pcs -- unit is quality but service is non existent. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS -- FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER BY ANY MEANS --- PURE THIEVES

Ordered a Bakers Rack from Ltmate. Received an order confirmation email. Three weeks later. Nothing. Have emailed them four times. Tried to engage in their chat area. Called their customer service phone number that says mail box to this number is not set up.
I have received no responses from this company.
Absolute terrible customer service.
Stay away from this company.

Made an order for lights on June 22nd. Said they would be delivered by June 26. On the 26 changed til the 29th. O the 29th changed to no idea. Called the number to try to find out what's going on. The number was a bad number. Looked the company up online and called 3 other numbers. 2 did not work the third no answer. It's now July 8th. No lights received and not shipped yet. Sad excuse of a company

I placed an order before Christmas hoping it would deliver on Christmas day. But due to UPS, my package got lost. I contacted LTMATE's customer service and got a quick reply, they resent the package directions for me and gave me an extra Christmas gift. Great company, great service.

EDITED 12/20/22: After posting my review the company reached out to say they would resolve the issue. I sincerely appreciate the quick response; however I still implore anyone running across a FB ad to be careful. Thank you LTMate Global for the attention to this matter.

For the record, I cannot review the product until after Christmas.

ORIGINAL: Be careful dealing with this company. Product was received as ordered but was not something my golfer husband thought he would use. Despite the 30 day return policy the company is giving me a hard time saying the product is damaged. The photos show it is not and we didn't even open the box. I will edit my review if they allow the return.
