I have always purchased BJ patio furniture for our homes. My grandmother did before me and spoke highly of their customer service.
The latest set purchased (it’s been 5/6 years now) began to flake paint after just one year. Like other reviewers have set the metal beneath is an eyesore. It continues to peel. We are now missing 2” of paint on much of our furniture.
The Sunbrella fabrics are nice, but you can get those most anywhere.
We do not have a local store so I purchased our furniture without being able to sit first. The cushions do not hold their form.
Expensive and not worth the money.
Customer service told me, when I called, that they no longer offer their lifetime guarantee they were known for.
Had I known that beforehand I never would have purchased.

I bought a full set of Brown Jordan pool side furniture. The fabrics they use are lousy quality and after a short time start ripping and falling apart. When I ordered new fabric to fix the furniture the prices they quoted are so ridiculous that I warn anybody thinking of doing business with that company you will end up being very sorry. They quoted average $500 each little piece of fabric so that I can replace the lousy original ones. You can buy an equivalent complete similar furniture for much less then their lousy fabric. What an abuseful company they are!

We love our Brown Jordan Patio Set. At my house, we have the white table with Oval glass top and white chairs. The whole set adds class to our back yard. The chairs have a great style to them. We got lots of compliments even now - a few years after purchasing them- everyone thinks it is a brand new set.

Bought a dining table with chairs, a couch and two chairs. When delivered two years ago, there was damage which i reported immediately to the San Francisco store. They assured me replacement pieces would be ordered to replace the damaged pieces TWO YEARS Zhao and nothing has been fixed or replaced. Steer clear of Brown Jordan, no customer service for very expensive patio furniture.

Almost $12,000 spent, on an outdoor dining set that includes chairs which are 2+ inches too short.

Our family of normal-height people, between 5-6 feet tall, now know what it is like for children sitting at the adult table!

Unless your family is all the height of basket ball players, do not buy this otherwise-beautiful Brown Jordan Fremont set. We received our Brown Jordan Fremont set, with 6 regular chairs, 2 captains chairs, and an 8-foot long table in early March 2022.

While Brown Jordan was once synonymous with long lasting, superior quality justifying it’s incredibly high cost – it no longer is. I spent tens of thousands of dollars on new Brown Jordan and at least two of the pieces did not last longer than one year (and in one case 6 months) before the product failed. The outside material chipped off exposing the aluminum frame, which is unsightly to say the least. Funny, the warranty, which I knew nothing about until I contacted the company and they refused to repair the failed furniture, says the warranty is void if you do not store the furniture indoors. I have many, many pieces of their furniture and I would need to buy a second home to store them all inside. Now mind you – I had all of the outdoor furniture professionally wrapped and the Brown Jordan furniture that was ten years old fared perfectly fine. It was only the brand new furniture that did not withstand the winter covered and wrapped. Draw whatever conclusions you can from those set of facts!!! The quality of the Brown Jordan furniture has drastically plummeted and their response is not even a sorry but that it is not their responsibility. Now that is a company to stand behind. Buyer beware!!! Do not waste your hard earned money on Brown Jordan furniture. It is not worth it to say the least.

I bought a large amount of Brown and Jordan porch furniture from a local store and have discovered exceptionally poor service with the company. We had 13 pieces, two with issues. Being such a reputable brand I assumed no issue to correct. The company is totally ghosting me, the store from which I bought the items and no help is being given.
I will ikely return it all, although I love the pieces without issue, because I cannot support a company that claims to have a great warranty and can even answer and correct simple issues. Stay away. The value is not present. I have no faith in a long term warranty when they can't even get the order right to start. The two pieces with issues should never have left the production facility as they are so poorly crafted.

I worked with Michelle at the Brown Jordan showroom in Costa Mesa. What a wonderful experience. She was polite, proactive and very helpful. Deliver was early and the delivery men were fantastic. Unfortunately, my table is a little scratched but I am confident that Michelle will take care of it. I plan to go back and get more items after this experience.
