Ordered earrings 6 weeks ago, tracking says USPS still hasn’t received the package. Opened a claim with PayPal when their customer service didn’t answer multiple emails. Too bad, they were cute earrings.

I am very dissatisfied ordered a couple of items for a gift mid May, not had delivery yet ??? Tried to get in touch via email 3 times and not even a reply.

Ordered 3 pair of earrings on May 11...9 weeks ago. 1 pair arrived & the other two are ????? I would NOT order from this company unless you plan on waiting 2 months for your product.

My order arrived neatly packaged and the earrings are lovely; beautifully made.
When I contacted the company I received an almost immediate reply too! Very reassuring.

I ordered ear rings and a hand bag on April29. The ear rings came on time, The hand bag arrived TODAY. IT TOOK 2 MONTHS FOR DELIVERY. I EMAIL ASKING WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM , NEVER GOT A ANSWER,THE BAG IS TERRIBLE, I CAN'T BELIEVE THE STATE OF THIS BAG, WILL NEVER USE LU B LU AGAIN.

Absolute tatt! Dragonfly earrings - they looked so pretty and shiny, with really vibrant, bright colours and delicately made - of resin, they claim. I just wish you could accept photos. Clumsy lumps of plastic, thick with a wide, white edge. Dingy, muddy colours. Cheap as chips. Sale so no refund. Done! But that’s the last time ever. Terrible. Beware!

I have ordered silver dropped earrings on June 14, you have charged my credit card and I have no product! I will be calling visa to report this! 16734! Look it up!

I have bought from this company on two occasions. They bee necklace and earrings are lovely and a great price. Their customer service is excellent also. You get a really quick and satisfactory response. The only downside is the delivery time but then the stuff is coming a long way! ! Don’t be afraid to order from them at all.

Ordered the opal heart shaped earrings. The incorrect ones arrived. Great customer service and processed new order the same day for me. Earrings arrived and they are just what i expected. Love them. Will order again!

Ordered drop flower earring and an ankle bracelet. The earnings arrived all corroded and misshapen. Look awful and would not put them through my ears. No sign of bracelet. Avoid at all cost. Very cheap looking goods

Worst company I've ever dealt with the customer service if can call it that was shocking and when product finally came was very poor quality

I was very pleased with the service from Lu-B-Lu. When I ordered my items it was stated that they would probably arrive separately as they came from different sources. However they could be tracked. Two of the three items arrived but the third item did not, but the tracking stated that Royal Mail had delivered it. I contacted David and he responded immediately offering to replace the missing item. I am very pleased that I have received it. I am so pleased with the brooches I bought. They are a good quality and very eye catching. So, Thankyou to LU-B_Lu.
