Just received my Bee 🐝 broach. Absolutely love it. Followed the tracking easily using Royal Mail App. Ordered 10th May arrived today 26th so well within timeline given. Really pleased.

I have just received a lovely iridescent blue butterfly brooch. It arrived well packed and the photo had shown it accurately. It is good quality and value.

I tentatively brought Silver Bee earrings and necklace from Lu B Lu. I was not expecting much as the price was so low.

My order turned up today and although due to COVID it took a while to arrive i have to say that any trepidations i may have had went out of the window.

The earrings and necklace are absolutely beautiful ❤️ I love them!

The jewellery is very well made with a gorgeous design. I am so happy with them.

I am definitely going to buy more from Lu B Lu as the quality is very good. Well worth the wait.

My bee drop earings arrived and they are gorgeous. I wish I'd ordered bracelet at same time so ordered today and will gladly wait a couple of weeks. They are very well made.

I had to wait a while to receive my order but in the meantime each time I contacted them I had an immediate response. Now I have received the earrings I am thrilled. I agree with others comments that they look far more expensive than the cost. The only downside is I ordered these for a friend's birthday and now I wish I had ordered a pair for myself.

Ordered a watch with a multi coloured strap because it looked lovely. When it arrived I was not disappointed. It looks great on too.

I saw these beautiful bee earrings on my fb page, was feeling low with lockdown, needed something to cheer me up, well they certainly have, beautifully made, comfortable to wear, look more expensive than what I've paid, also arrived in a lovely gift box.

Ordered one brooch and delivered in about 3 or 4 weeks. Really impressed with quality (flower with bee). As they are all so reasonably priced dont know why reviewers criticise - if you want better, go to a high class jeweller. I have ordered another brooch and hope it is up to the same standard. I reckon made in China but I certainly was only charged the price of the brooch, no customs duty or postage - and I noted delivery was from somewhere near London Airport.

Bought moonstone earrings cheap looking glass stone not same colours as the pictures. Cheap silver colour backing that is not smooth poor quality metal posts will cause allergy. 12.99 not worth 99 p shocking quality don't touch this firm rip off

This company is a scam they are selling substandard crap from the far east of you try and complain they do not respond! Two UK addresses but you still have to pay custom charges!! Avoid at all costs

Ordered the Sterling Silver Flower Drop Earrings on the 5th of March. They confirmed the order #49834 via E-Mail the same day. On the 7th of March came an E-Mail saying that a shipment is on its way. The Order tracking via the link in the e-Mail was not possible, so I contacted them via E-Mail where my delivery was, as they wrote In the order confirmation that it can take up to 3 or 4 weeks. Somebody with the name David answered me on the 29th of April via E-Mail that the delivery service would have lost my order and if I wish they would send a new order or a refund. Now it is the 18th of May and I haven’t heard of them neither I have got my earrings. I would recommend to stay away from that company and not order anything there, it’s a scam!

Glad I didn’t read the reviews before buying. I had to wait a few weeks for my purchase (bumble bee silver earrings) and I wasn’t expecting anything great having read previous reviews but they arrived yesterday and I’m thrilled with them! They are just like the photo and of good quality. I absolutely love them 😊. May just buy some more now

Ordered a bee brooch and a goat head brooch on 18th March. Received the goat brooch 3 weeks later. Still waiting for the bee and it's now 16th May. I replied to the email offers I received from them requesting delivery of the bee on 3 occasions, but now I think they've blocked me. So my advice is don't order from this company.

Lu-B-Lu's customer service is excellent probably the best that I have ever encountered.

As long as you realise ltems are despatched from far east and will take time, prices, shipping cost and quality excellent.

I ordered some moonstone earrings. They were supposedly red moonstone earrings. They are like something out of a Christmas cracker. I couldn't possibly wear them. They do not look anything like the ones in the picture. What a rip off.

I've just received 2 watches that I ordered. I was a bit worried after reading the reviews (after I had ordered!), but I have to say they came within the 30 days (about 23) and I was able to track them via royal mail. The quality is great - just what I ordered and hoped they would be. I'd certainly recommend these plaited strap watches.

I don’t very often write reviews ,but I had to write this one as I haven’t been as impressed with the quality of a purchase as much as I was with my purchases from Lu-B-Lu’s. My best friends 65th birthday was coming up and because we are in Lockdown I could not get out to purchase something nice. My friend loves jewellery and has many quality pieces. While on Facebook an advert popped up for a pair of silver crystal drop earrings in the shape of a bumble Bee. My friend loves Bees and I thought I’d visit the site to see what else they had to match with the ratings. There was a silver bangle with the same crystal Bee attached. I was dubious at first about ordering them as they were a very reasonable price and you can’t always tell the quality from a picture. I decided to order the earrings and the matching Bangle and just hoped I had spent my money well and hoped for the best. I was still nervous before my purchases arrived wondering if I was going to be happy with them. They arrived within the timescale given for delivery and on opening the well packaged parcel I could not have been more pleased with earrings and Bangle. The quality is second to none, lovely thick silver and wonderful detail on the Bees and such a lovely size. The crystal drop is sparkly and a lovely colour. My friend was thrilled to bits with them and said that they were something that she would have chosen and purchased for herself!..that was a great compliment . I will certainly not hesitate to buy from Lu-B-Lu’s again and have already started to look at other items ( for myself this time). I usually look at reviews before purchasing anything, but I didn’t this time and I’m so glad , as we all tend to focus on the negative ones. The thing is that most people are willing to leave negative feedback if they are un happy ,but very rarely take the time to write a positive one..hence mine today .
