My experience at my Meridian location has been the absolute BEST! After renting for years with OTHER office solutions, I have found the staff, facilities and experience here to be beyond words OUTSTANDING. The new office upgrade is impressive and the staff has exceeded my expectations. I look forward to being a tenant for years to come. Meridian makes my business better!

There are several reasons why I love Meridian Business Centers. The location is convenient, and the executive suite scenario fits perfectly with my business model, enabling me to run my business by appointment only. The facilities are top notch, with state-of-the-art technology. The local management team is terrific. They are very customer-service-oriented, and they provide outstanding service, not just to me (their client), but also to my clients, and the coffee they provide is delicious!

Sum it up in a few words Service with a smile! you ladies have always been there to assist me with my office needs and I thank you for that.

Meridian is great for small businesses of all sizes. As our firm has grown, Meridian has been very accommodating in helping us acquire additional space as needed, while maintaining its cost effective advantages. The staff has always been helpful when dealing with us and our clients and they have done an excellent job of maintaining the professional atmosphere of the premises and services.

I contacted Meridian because I was looking for office space that offered the professionalism my business needs. The result was Meridian offered multiple locations that were convenient for me and the Las Colinas location offered that and more. The staff is professional and responsive. The amenities that are offered with your space complete the professional experience. It’s nice to know that there is always someone to answer your telephone in a professional manner. Everything at Meridian in Las Colinas is spot on and they take care of their clients. Will start with our wonderful receptionist Lilly. She will go BEYOND what is expected of her. Always willing to do whatever is needed to keep her clients happy. When you can walk by and see how she is handling her clients or strangers that walk in the door and it puts a smile on your face. Very polite and professional.

The other jewel in the Meridian crown would be our building manager Chelsea. Again could not have asked for a better building manager. She truly cares as well for every one of her clients. Her door is always open and always willing to handle any problems you have. No matter how big or small. Plus she brings breakfast once a month….lol How can you not like that perk !!!

Our Las Colinas building is managed and maintained with a great group of folks. I made a great choice in selecting Meridian Business Centers Inc. when I moved my office location over six years ago. There are so many benefits they offer and for one monthly rental. Not dimed to death on everything.

I’ve been a client of Meridian for almost three years and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. The staff are competent, well trained and caring. The facilities are sleek, clean and well organized. I enjoy the camaraderie with the other tenants. I especially love the coffee and snacks that are provided. I have never had an issue with being nickel and dimed on services and any matters I bring to their attention are promptly dealt with. But perhaps what I am most impressed with is Meridian’s commitment to innovation and constantly improving the client experience. I have witnessed several upgrades to common areas and an increasing availability of quality coffee and snacks… all without being added to my bill. I would and have highly recommend Meridian to my friends and associates.

I have been with Meridian Business Center since 2014 and have loved every day of it. Meridian has very qualified staff that are always eager to help out in any way. From the time our guest enters into the building they are greeted with a friendly smile and hello from our security team and then when the reach our floor they are greeted warmly with a smile from the receptionist. Our receptionist offers coffee/water and gets them comfortable seated while she is calling us to let us know that our client is here. There are a variety of conference rooms available to the tenants at no charge. We have a great kitchen with everything we need for the day. Two copiers so you never need to wait on someone so you can get your work done. Everyone is so friendly at Meridian and the tenants as well. We are just one big happy family in Tower 3 of the Galleria Mall. I would highly recommend leasing with Meridian you will LOVE it!!

I know this company has been around for a long time and maybe they don't need more clients? The very unwelcoming sign up process like an interrogation! I called to discuss coworking options, but they had to take a message. Two days later I received an unfriendly email, (no follow up) and I called back was told I had to go in to a location to get the process going. I went and after a 45 minute wait was informed that coworking was not available at the location they sent me to. -I give up, not worth it.

I rented 2 offices, but we needed an additional desk which I was happy to pay for. I did eventually receive this desk several days later and it was put in my office unassembled. I was ok with installing it myself because I did not want to make the ladies there move a heavy desk. This was not a huge deal, but I expected more.

Worst thing was I gave notice 3 months before my lease ended, left 2 months before my lease ended and I paid for every month in the lease. Problem was they never told me I needed to do anything different, only to find out they automatically renewed my lease because "termination must be in writing by certified mail". They threatened to sue, but over what, I fulfilled my lease? Be careful of hidden provisions in their lease!

The girls at the office were great, but they are really scared of the owner, (I believe his name is Robert), I hear he is a scary control freak. Kinda makes you wonder what he has done to be paranoid and to treat people this way?

Building is wonderful. Customer service is horrible. I contacted Meridian on a property. I never heard back from them. Then I received a referral from a third party agency. In an email response from Smy Johnson she alleged to have already gave my lead and be working in my space. I never heard back. I viewed the property but was told Christine would call me. I never heard back from Christine. I called twice and emailed. Customer service is not their touch anymore.

It’s supposed to be all inclusive however they told me they would rent me 2 desks in the suite for like $200 a month. I couldn’t believe they were serious.

I took a leap of faith and began my private, solo practice. Meridian Business Centers and Suite 800 at Meadow Park Tower played a huge part in my immediate success. The building itself is aesthetically impressive. Suite 800 is always WELL maintained and cared for. The ship would not run if it weren't for Yvonne and Elizabeth. Yvonne is always courteous, kind and helpful to my clients. She is also efficient, brilliant and protects my business. She goes above and beyond the call of duty and is always looking out for my best interests. I also know she does this for everyone else who offices here too. If Yvonne is not working for the day, people seriously panic and ask where she is, it's really comical but it's a testament to how much people rely on her. Elizabeth is also wonderful and takes care of our suite. She does special things for us every week to help us feel cared about. Elizabeth has such a positive attitude and a strong sense of confidence that everything is under control. She is a jack of all trades. One day she is putting chairs together and the next she is helping me coordinate a move into a bigger office and the next she is behind stacks of papers. Then she brings in breakfast burritos for the floor.
What I love the most about MBC's is that floor 8 has become a part of my family. I see Yvonne and Elizabeth daily. I just might see them more than my own husband. Starting your own business can be scary, anxiety producing and a cause for soul searching. It was Yvonne and Elizabeth who kept me going and told me that I would be successful and I was. Meridian Business Centers are not just bricks and mortar, it is the people inside that make all the difference.
Also, I don't know if the head of security, Eric, is a part of MBC. However, he is AMAZING and is someone I trust, respect and he makes the building run efficiently. He has a true, strong, sense of integrity. He is awesome.

I love Meridian! My office space is great, the staff is wonderful and very quick to help (especially Lilly and Chelsea), and the rent plus included amenities are more than reasonable. I've been here almost 3 years and don't see myself leaving anytime soon!

This Meridian location is first rate. Elizabeth Reponte, center manager, operates the suite with ease and efficiency. She is a "class act". All issues are dealt with in a straight forward, professional manner. Yvonne Eagan is the "nerve center" of the daily operation and is admired and depended upon by all tenants and many regular visitors. She is a wonderful representative for one of Meridian's top locations. I would absolutely recommend this particular building and executive suite to anyone seeking to enhance the image and efficiency of their business.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

Our experience at Meridian Business Centers has been nothing short of exceptional. I honestly don't think we would've survived our first year has a company had it not been for the service and support that Charisse Anguiano and Nora Flam provided.

The business formula is excellent; many professionals like myself need a highly presentable, but affordable executive office. But Meridian has more than a good formula. The company develops excellent managers. This is not easy; each business center needs a manager with strong skill sets along with a pleasing, winning personality. Very few people have all the attributes required, but Meridian has an entire roster of these folks. And they maintain this talent pool with very little turnover.
