I have been very pleased with the Grapevine office center. Staff, especially Sami, are more than terrific. They have more times than I can count gone above and beyond to assist me. It's like having another partner in business.

- We love Felicia! We cannot say enough great things about Felicia Stefanow, our property manager!! She is extremely responsive to all our needs, she is a problem solver - working with us through any issues we have had with Meridian. She is friendly, and from my observation, makes every client feel welcome. Prior to her promotion, watching her multitask was almost an art form!
- We have found Brittney Washington to be very capable in handling any request we make; she handles last minute scheduling changes with ease, and is pleasant to the clients.
- The areas of opportunity for improvement are directed to sales & overall office environment: 1) We were not told a key element of our contract that resulted in business issues for us. As a company that manages 30+ entities (and increasing on a quarterly basis), having the limit of 1 entity /name included with our contract & able to receive mail at our "office address" became an issue and cost-prohibitive to add additional entities. Our solution was to open a P.O. Box with the USPS (for your future clients). 2) There are extremely thin walls - as with an office which has cubicles, it is important to exhibit office etiquette - this is difficult to monitor when most clients are not related. More insulation would have been beneficial. 3) Natural lighting is important - not just nice to have - to an overall work environment. We are fortunate enough to have windows, however, the interior spaces are definitely not as fortunate. Again, because most clients are not related businesses, doors often remain closed for privacy & security, this cuts off light to the hallways/walkways; a suggestion for future consideration would be to install 'top window lights' for all offices, letting light flow into the walkways & the interior offices while still maintaining privacy.
Overall you are fortunate to have the people you have with Meridian and we are pleased to be a client.

I've rented at Meridian Business Centers - Mockingbird Station for nearly
three years. The physical facilities meet my professional office needs and I have received competent, friendly and timely service from the Center's Staff.

Parking spaces always full, restrooms are awful, renovation taking forever. Cleaning is awful. Basically management of the building and operation are awful.

The reception ladies are always courteous and professional to my clients. The office is well kept and looks professional with rare exceptions

I did not like the plan to change to suite 500 and not use suite 560. All my checks and stationery needed to be changed as well as notifying a lot of people. It took me a year to change my address at Social Security when I moved here. I almost lost my payment. Clinton Josey

A Fantastical Company and more specifically the people who make up this company always have your back. They have allowed me to focus on my business growth while easily handling and perceiving my needs sometimes before I know I need them. It's a company that makes life easier while not cutting into your bottom line. I would recommend them to anyone looking to grow and build in a professional environment.

I an very satisfied with my Meridian experience. Reasons why include the following:
1. Great service and follow up from Caroline and Brittany.
2. They are always professional, courteous and positive.
3. The offices are always neat and tidy, especially the kitchens and conference rooms.
4. My clients like the conference rooms and I use them as frequently as I can.
5. Will gladly refer others looking for office space.

I have been a happy Meridian client for 10 years. I have leased other executive suites in the past, so I have a comparison of service and attention to details important to my business. Both the local staff (our receptionist and center manager) have been prompt, pleasant and professional through the years. We often have compliments from guest about their reception when meeting with us. The senor management has also been very easy to work with too. Occasionally, I use a conference room at the Houston center - again the staff there is also very professional. Our center recently had a remodel and it looks great. We are very happy with Meridian's service

Meridian is excellent

Our building does not have central AC, it is controlled by various individual thermostats thus making the office temperatures variable through the changing seasons. I am certain this is the building owners problem, not Meridian. I am a long time client, but have been thinking of changing as new office options become available in my region.
