Love this brand! I've ordered from them 3 times and they always remember that I'm a returning customer and send a little personalised note. I was worried the first time that I would get charged customs fees as I'm in the UK and they ship from Europe, but they cover all shipping fees and taxes :-D

Delicate, comfortable materials. Lining of tencel / cotton make them more comfortable than many other lingerie in this price range -- even other pricier brands don't have such good lining. Designs are beautiful as well. Even better that Luciela pieces are made with sustainable materials -- many other labels that brand themselves on the premise of sustainability are way pricier and don't feel well made or conformable [sp the linings]

The quality is very luxury, and my experience was very good specially under war circumstances they keep in touch with me and told me every updates thank u very much 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Absolutely love this brand! I’m so impressed with the quality of the lingerie, but also the customer service. I had some lingerie shipped to the UK and there was some delay at customs, the founder was responsive and helpful. The founder kept me in the loop and the order arrived to me safely. I will be shopping again soon!

This was a self-gift for my birthday and I was just so happy I did it. The pieces are beautiful, playful and original — not the typical boring lingerie where everything from every brand looks the same. For me, they fit all the important points: comfortable, soft, and even more difficult, flattering.

Hacía tiempo que buscaba lencería elegante pero a la vez cómoda, con tejidos suaves que no me dieran alergía y no conseguía encontrar nada, hasta que descubrí la colección de Luciela y quedé fascinada,tiene un diseño muy delicado, romántico y sobre todo me encanta la calidad de sus tejidos, ya que tengo problemas de piel sensible y necesito prendas interiores de tejidos suaves , tengo ya varios modelos y con todos me siendo muy cómoda y sexy, que para mi es importante también. Marca muy recomendable para personas que quieran llevar lencería cómoda pero con un diseño elegante.

Compré por primera vez en Luciela y la experiencia no pudo ser mejor. La calidad de la lencería me sorprendió muchísimo: telas suaves, cómodas y con un diseño muy cuidado que realmente se nota muy distinto de otras marcas. Además, la guía de tallas es muy precisa, lo cual me ayudó mucho al comprar online, y todo me queda perfecto.

El packaging también me encantó, elegante y delicado, hace que la compra sea especial, hace mucha ilusión. El envío fue rápido y la atención al cliente muy cercana, respondieron enseguida a mis dudas.
