Item that was delivered from them was broken no way of contacting them by email or phone total scam cost me £21.98 thank god that’s all as I’m a pensioner something should be done about them

Appears to be a fraudulent company. My wife ordered item from this firm which purported to be in the UK. No replies to four emails, company is actually in China! Bank account shows three times the amount advertised for the item. We have given them long enough to deliver the goods. It’s going to be reported to the authorities for fraud, non-delivery and illegal bank transactions.

I ordered a mathematic printer for my granddaughter on 15th March, it was advertised on Tic Toc, I have not received the order or any response to the emails sent.

Dreadful company!! Still waiting for my item. Tried tracking it, but site says the number isn’t recognised. Have resigned myself that my money is lost!

I ordered garden weeders which took weeks to arrive.
The product is very poor quality and I wanted to return as per 90 day guaranteed return offered.
Twice I have emailed including full order details and requesting return.
No answer forthcoming .
Hopefully I will get a response now if they read their reviews.

Update …… following review a new email address was provided and I resubmitted my complaint, full refund has now been made and apology for poor service.
To be fair to them I have edited my review but to be fair to customers I felt I could not remove it.

Product not delivered

Absolutely waste of time and money! Bought needhohs came eventually after a very long time and I’d not what I ordered! No communication at all never again will I waste my time and money

Terrible place to order from.... absolute scam artists. Ordered a needoh calander for my kids.... apparently comes with 2 needohs.... was a tiny piece of tat that arrived. Fake needohs and no where near what was advertised. Should be prosecuted for false advertising and selling fake items. Trading standards will be informed

Followed a link on instagram to buy a Needoh Easter calendar and extra squishy. I paid £20 including postage and all that arrived was what looks like a tiny fake Needoh calendar with no squishy as advertised. The calendar looks nothing like what was advertised and not even worth £5. I emailed over a week ago but no response. I wish I’d looked at these reviews! Lesson learned. I will try and claim back through my bank.

Absolute scam false advertisements ordered 3 easter hunt boxes to say shocking is a understatement they cost alot of money to get 3 wee jelly's this company needs shutting down scamming people of there hard earned money is absolutely despicable and disgusting. To the people who are thinking of using this company please save your money shol elsewhere dont be scammed the way I did

Ordered sunglasses received a strap and something that had a needle in, all I can say is avoid customer service does not exist

I am very disappointed I placed an order for one electric intimate hair trimmer. One minute after I checked my PayPal account it has been debited 3 times for 3 electric trimmer.I sent them an email straight away to clarify I need only one instead of three and reimburse me into my PayPal account.I emailed them 4 times there is no reply from them regarding this issue.The only email I received my item has already been shipped.After reading their customer reviews I regret so much for buying from them.I will contact PayPal to ask for their help.

Terrible product.
The delivery time was totally unacceptable firstly. Almost four weeks!
It’s 2026.
On arrival, the product doesn’t work and won’t hold its charge.

This is a scam website.
The products they advertise are fake and not what you will receive.
I ordered a NeeDoh Easter calender for my daughter,
It arrived and it was way smaller than advertised.
The squashies inside were about as big as my thumb tip and were not even NeeDoh, they were cheap small squashies that you can buy in a pound shop.
I asked for a refund but was ignored, please, do NOT purchase anything from this company as it is purely a scam!

I saw this item on Face book, I thought it would be nice for my child it looks bigger on the photo at their website but when I receive it my pal is way much more bigger. The squishy is very flimsy, small and cheap. I can get the exact same one at pound shop for a £ and this coz me £31.99. This is a joke and total scam.

Waiting for my order for ages, no respond from customer service, I actually think it is a scam as waiting for over 2 weeks now. Very annoying 😞😞😞😞😞😞 even blocked my bank card I used to proceed that payment just incase they can use my details again.

My order was delivered today after three weeks but coming from China.48 Razors and two blade holders. Just had my first shave and very surprised not a bad Shave. So ive given three 🌟 🌟 🌟.

This website is a scam try to get a refund sent multiples emails and never get answers
Don’t buy anything from here you will never get your money back if you not happy with the item
Horrible customer service

Emailed the company with a question about the rear camera connection, they responded within 24 hrs, after given my details they credited me my full amount, money back in my account in 48 hrs, no problem with this company

Item turned up smashed to bits as it had no padding when wrapped
I have emailed and emailed with no response. This company is a scam
