I had a problem with the computer system. I contact them direct and they dealt with the problem quickly and kept me informed. They made it really easy for me and there were no issues & I got a refund. Great customer service.

The product was advertised as aluminium shelving and arrived as plastic missing the suction cups shown on the video with a set of plastic sheets things for attachment I assume.

Ordered 2 dog mats which never arrived.DO NOT BUY from this company

Product arrived well packaged. It wasn't good for what I wanted to use it for.
I contacted Customer Support on email customer@ luckinwish.co.uk.
They got back to me and gave me a full refund via my payment method, which was Pay pal.
I asked for the address to return the product and they replied with, No need to return.
I was surprised and relived as I had seen many bad reviews. May experience was positive.

Everything sorted very quickly, refund authorised fast and generally impressive.

A problematic transaction, resolved effectively.

The agent Julia undertook my requirement for refunds most efficiently despite me being unable to communicate with the company directly which coursed me great frustration,since she intervened all systems were go and my refunds were sent . I have confirmed that th money is now in my bank

Goods have not arrived and no update or suggested arrival date. No answer to my inquiries!

Update: As of 23rd June I recently had 2 emails proportedly from them, not mentioning goods arriving but suggesting i give them details.
Email watch --suggested these emails were suspicious so I chose not to reply.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!Its a total scam....it came up on my tiktok and stupidly I went and bought a pink travel plug for £14.99....they then managed to add 2 more plugs to the order and charged me a total of £38.99! I didn't order the extra plugs but they somehow got added on at checkout! I tried to email them and tell them i only wanted the 1 plug but got no response and the money came out of my account very quickly...
I received the order yesterday, took a good while to turn up....plug seems to work ok so im keeping it...but now ive sent them another email asking for authorisation to send the other 2 plugs back for a refund....im not expecting a response any time soon....infact, I doubt they will respond atall! PLEASE AVOID THESE PEOPLE...they will just take your money....

I bought 3 pieces the bracket broke after wearing for 1 hour. And 2 necklaces last pieces the day of wear. I do not recommend. Cheap and out together with no glue. And they don't care.

Awful awful experience I ordered 2 travel adapters plugs from this company on the 16th February for my holiday they still haven’t turned up ? I’ve had no confirmation emails or anything from them? They took my money and then nothing
I have emailed them many times with proof of purchase money out of my bank account etc and I’ve not had any response from them

This was actually a xmas present!

Never use this company! I ordered 1 hoverball on their page and they automatically ordered another pack of 3 despite me not approving the order and receiving several email requesting me to do so! Scammers! Now in hands of credit card fraud investigators!

The company never answered ANY EMAILS I sent, and the product didn’t arrive until after Xmas despite saying at order time it would! Stay clear

The snouts didn’t fit the grandchildren’s heads never mind the adults, the sales picture shows adults wearing the snouts, I feel this game was totally wrongly advertised don’t buy to save your disappointment

Ordered from this company on 22nd November it is now the 8th of December and there is no sign of my order. I have sent three e mails, none of which have been replied to. I am thinking this is a scam business, beware.

This ad popped up on my tiktok shop and I purchased an item from them. When I was paying, they deceive you in to thinking you haven't added the item so you click it and add then it automatically adds these extra ones you didnt click. It felt dodgy from that point. I don't know why I still went ahead and placed the order. I checked my credit card today, after a few days of placing. I got charged more times 4 of the same amounts and 2 for £37+ from same company! That is not coincidense. The website is not trust worthy. Scam. I have reported it from a cyber crime site.
