Company appears to be a scam. Won't return call or emails. Ordered product several weeks ago and I've heard nothing. I now need to dispute charge on credit card and report to BBB.

After the package got lost and took a few weeks to arrive, the box show up torn and battered. When I put the lamp together it was the incorrect voltage for the United States, not the product that was pictured in the photos, had a piece of the lamp rod not properly attached and unable to be attached, and a lamp shade that did not sit flush or attach to the base of the lamp. When I contacted them for a return, they tried to get me to keep their incorrect, broken product at a discount to which obviously the lamp is unusable so I insisted on a return. They said I would have to pay out-of-pocket to send it to China. That's when it became clear this is not actually a US company, even though they cleverly try to disguise the website as being such. I am currently filing a dispute with my credit card company to get the money back as it is completely unusable and are insisting I pay out-of-pocket for international shipping which would be exorbitantly expensive. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
