Usually the shipping takes a few days to arrive, the delivery was delayed due to flight reason late recently. We had to contact the shipping carrier to make a claim with your package. If you added shipping protection to your order when you placed with, please check if there was an email as to the order inbox or spam folder, and make a claim to insurance company for a refund.

I ordered 1 wig on 2/13/26 and have yet…

I ordered 1 wig on 2/13/26 and have yet to receive it. I have sent several emails and still nothing. Also was told through an email that I would get $10 back but it is not even showing up on my account.

I am going to let others know not to buy anything from your company. And I am going to also have Award Winning Investigative Reporter, know how you take money from consumers.

Today (3/6/26) I received what I thought was the wig I ordered. What I actually got was the opposite. It is not the same and it is not human hair. It is nothing like the photo. I am beyond upset. And it came from CHINA not the US warehouse.BEWARE!!!

I copied /paste the lies. 3/31/26- These people are crooks!!!! This is the reply about US warehouse below.

Hi, I hope all is well. Because our US warehouse is ruined due to attacked by someone. We have the china return warehouse now.
Please not worry, you will get the full refund as long as mail it back by following the instructions, especially write value less than 20 USD. Thnak you.

Terrible texture hair, terrible customer service

I ordered wavy thick curls I received frizzy hair looked dried out nothing like displayed on website I asked to return due to texture and style not satisfied instead I get a response to try and fix it terrible product, terrible customer service and still waiting on return instructions bad service very disappointing

Don't ever buy from this company

Don't ever buy from this company! There hair is synthetic! The good reviews are lies because they bully you to correct a bad review if yiu want a refund. I mistakenly brought through tik tok and was disappointed in the accountability of lumiere and tiktok. I am now going through legal steps because this company is now showing AI hair on tik tok.

Very displeased

Very displeased. Stylist attempted to install and noticed the ends were very thin and and the closure was split! This is a disgrace. Oh and I bought 12, 14, 16 and this is not true to length!

They will definitely try to finesse you!

This is exactly why I only order from luv me. I decided to try a different company and wish I didn’t! First of all it took 99 years to receive my two wigs. The deep wave headband wig was nothing like the pic. It definitely wasn’t human hair at all. I ordered 18 inches and got 12. The glueless straight wig looked nothing like the pic either. I ordered 20 inches and got 16. Y’all should be ashamed in a different country scamming people! Then the straight wig had no clips in the inside! How the hell is it going to stay on my head? A windy day and my wig is gone with the wind. The worst company ever!!!

I was not satisfied with how the wig…

I was not satisfied with how the wig fit so i requested a refund. I paid like $150 for the hair. Instead of them giving me a full refund they offered $12 and I keep the hair because they are in another country. After I decline, they offered $22. They said I would have to pay out my pocket to return the hair to another country and with tariff tax, it would be expensive. I accepted the $22 because clearly they wear not going to refund me all my money. I told them, I will never order off their site again. Please keep in mind, if you order something from them, it will be difficult to return it. Now I have a wig that I can not do anything with.

I ordered hairpiece and it was very thin

I ordered hairpiece and it was very thin hair and I contacted them several times wanting refund and they not give me the address to return so I ended up sending it back to sender and they ended up keeping my money and the hair. Horrible hair and Horrible customer service.

Changed Color; Took Down My Review

Here is my review of the "Purple Colored Hair Bundles Straight Hair 3 Bundles with 4x4 HD Lace Closure Human Hair Extensions" from LumiereHair:

First, I had to contact customer service to finally get them to ship my order. To their credit, though, the hair was delivered pretty fast once I spoke with customer service.

Second, installing the hair went fine. It does shed, though it has been easy to style.

Third, my biggest problem is the fact that this hair has now turned magenta after oxidizing. I could understand if the hair changed color a little (or even a lot) if I had washed it, but I haven't even washed it yet. I specifically purchased this bundle because of the purple color. So, needless to say, I'm highly disappointed. But, what irritates me just as much is the fact that the review I left on Lumiere's web site has been taken down. Why allow customers to leave reviews if we can't share our honest experiences?

My hair says no shedding but it literally sheds severely. I paid to have it installed should have lasted 2-3 months but instead I’m taking it out in a week. So disappointed and this was my first order with them.
