I paid for an eye cream product last October. After reciving nothing for six weeks I began enquiries which elicitied vague non-commital responses. For the next six months I regularly emailed Luminara and requested either the product or a refund. I finally got my refund over seven months after placing the order. Aviod this company!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. It will take more than 2 months to receive this package, IF I receive it.... stop advertising as a South African company, because you are shipping from sort of God awful destination that takes 2 months plus to get a package. The product is MOST probably also not even going to be worth it..... Horrible service!

Honestly this product did not improve anything. It’s a waste of money and the guarantee they offer is a joke. Can’t get your money back for it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT!

I ordered a candle to be sent to my grandchild.when I got the confirm I saw that the gift was going to my address. I asked them if they would change the address. They said they could not so I asked them if they could cancel the order and I could re-order it with the right address they said they cannot so it came to the wrong address and then I had to pay an extra $16 to ship it to the right address. I would not use this company again

This does NOT reduce bags. It moisturizes and leaves a shiny residue. Don’t waste your money.

It’s about a close as a scam as you get product no better than a two dollar balm you can buy from any pharmacist I sent the product back cost me over $20 for Shipping to China. Been waiting over 2 1/2 months for a refund, they keep ignoring me Stay away from these people. I don’t know how they can continue to trade. They should be closed down.

Waste of money, Makes no difference to eye bags, just leaves the skin feeling like you have vaseline on it.

I suspect this is a scam company. The lumibalm eye balm supposedly has miraculous effects within a week and the brag about money back guarantee within 90 days if you are not satisfied with the product. I tried the lumibalm naively thinking I had nothing to lose based on this claim if it didn’t have any effect, but hopeful that it would be as great as claimed. Unfortunately it made had no effect on the skin around my eyes. No change in bags, lines, hydration. I have contacted the company several times and sent monthly photos of me and of the empty container to prove I’d used the while product as they suggest on the website. I’ve had no response and so can only assume it’s a hoax. While I done expect miracles from skincare I expect a company to honour claims of money back guarantee. This company should be investigated into legitimacy and these claims should be removed if they’re not willing to stand by them

Scam!! Do not buy this product.
It does not work. I wish I had read these reviews. It wouldn't surprise me if it's just hard Vaseline. Its horrible to apply to sensitive skin around the eye like a crayon and leaves a thick gloss highlighting the bags.
There is no improvement in minutes like the company advertise. Communication with the company is terrible. Having read other reviews, I realize I won't get my refund.
I've wasted $150 NZ hard earned.

Ordered the Lumi balm on 16th Feb.
It hasn’t arrived.
Tracking shows it was ‘delivered’ but to an address 200 miles away from me.
It’s now in some processing centre in Birmingham being ‘returned’. It’s been there for a week now.
Cannot get hold of anyone from the company to try and help.
I got one automated response telling me that my product had been delivered - even though it hasn’t.
I’ve sent 8 emails now - with no response.
I spent almost £90 and have received nothing at all.
I won’t let them get away with basically stealing my money. An utter SCAM !!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I ordered on 25th feb nothing g delivered sent 6 e mails was told they were getting in touch with courier a week ago I gabs now asked for a refund and no reply totally unacceptable behaviour from the company A very expensive lesson learnt

SCAM. Do Not Buy this product.
After using 1 out of three (£79.23) it does not work.
I will not ask for a refund as I know I will not get my money and will end wasting time and more money to return it.
Shameful for all retailers who sell this product or advertise on their websites as this is the new scam

A total CON.
I paid £39+£5.95 shipping for one stick which arrived not from America, but from China.
It didn't even look like the 'real' thing.
Anyway real or not, needless to say IT DOES NOT WORK.
I wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before I bought, not just the truly glowing reviews on the Luminara website. These reviews were obviously written, it seems to me, by the 'Company' themselves or by paid 'reviewers'.
The whole 'miracle product' thing is designed simply and solely to line - and fill - the deep pockets of the company directors.
Please do not be fooled. Do not buy this product.
The 'Company' should be discredited and the Con Artists Jailed for Fraud.

I didn't do my research properly, if I had I would have seen that this product is available from £5.99 to the extortionate £48.00 that I paid, plus postage, so around £55.00!! All I have is a cheap plastic tube and a product which is so hard it is impossible to use. I had no idea, from the article I read, that once again this was from China.

The advertisement for this eye cream is totally wrong . It doesn’t reduce eye bags in minutes like it demonstrates . I complained to the company and demanded my money back but the refused . Their 90 days guarantee which they don’t explain when customers buy the cream is very cunning . They told me they need a photo every month for three months of my eye area and proof that I Ave used all the cream before they will consider giving me a refund ???? Non of this information was advertised in the promotion . Please don’t buy this eye cream that’s all I can say 🤷🏻‍♀️

Værste netthandel noen gang!!!!!
Eier skylder på opphørssalg, men produktene er ødelagt. Mye feil på elektronikken, lysene har blitt gule, får ikke byttet mange av batteriene da plastfestene har smeltet. Av og på brytere har falt av på flere lys. Lysene er gamle eller har blitt feil lagret. Rett og slett ødelagte produkter. Mitt første Luminara lys kjøpte jeg i Chicago i 2013, det brenner fortsatt perfekt!

I will be totally honest & constructive as requested.
This stuff is totally awful & doesn’t do anything like it claims to do. It is in the form of a stick & it is so hard in texture then I found that trying to rub it on would be extremely bad for the delicate skin around the eye.
At the moment I’m using it as lip balm. For everyone out there use “My Perfect Eye” it totally works you will be astonished. I wish I’d read the reviews before I bought this product. EVERY ONE - don’t waste your hard earned cash.
Just to reiterate having read the box below - I have not received any incentive to write this & nothing could make me - it’s a dreadful product - I just wish I had my hard earned cash back if anyone is listening.

DO NOT PURCHASE THE EYEBALM. It doesn’t work. Website states 90 day return with no questions asked. They don’t tell you that you have to return it to CHINA! ( with YOU paying the return cost with a tracking number! ). This will cost about $50 !!!! My first email was answered immediately telling me how to proceed with return ( sending to CHINA )…. When I sent a follow up email asking why it needed to be returned to CHINA when their website says their warehouse is in Texas, I have gotten no response.. it’s been over 2 weeks and all I have gotten is “CRICKETS” .I should have done my research. I’m out $80 .
