SCAM!! Don't buy this product. The money back guarantee is so undoable they know no one will ever bother. I just threw it away, what a waste of money. AVOID.

Doesn’t work. Hard to get money back if you want to return. Had til get my method of payment company involved. Don’t spend your money on this product !!!

The product does not work. I bought the eye balm and I should have known better. I’m just glad I only bought one. The stick was soo hard that all I did was pull all the skin under my eyes making them even more puffier. It was impossible to apply gently. Should have done more homework.

I ordered the Eye Balm and it doesn't do anything. Total scam. Plus, it took a long time to even get the product.

I first ordered from Luminara late November received my order timely enjoy the product so much. I placed another order for almost $100. It has been 10 days since I was told they were delivered and yet they have not been delivered but they have my money nobody answers the customer service telephone or the email at this point. I just want my order canceled and I want my refund I’ve never dealt with such poor customer service.

Total scam! Ordered a luminara eye balm instead received a cheap copy full of toxic ingredients from Temu called Tumeric Retinol Eyestick 5g made in China. Ingredients Petrolatum, Paraffin Liquidium, Squarline, Suvarline

Jeg ville købe et produkt (reklame på Facebook) fra dette firma, men da jeg skulle betale med mit Visakort, fik jeg beskeden om, at kortet ikke duede og, at jeg skulle bruge et andet kort. Jeg prøvede med Mastercard og det gik igennem med MitID, men jeg fik aldrig nogen bekræftelse om ordren på min email. Af samme grund har jeg måttet spærre begge kort og få et nyt MItID. Så nej, jeg vil ikke anbefale dette firma.

Purchased a Luminara Flameless Candle with color option on the remote control. The candle worked for 10 days, then the remote stopped working completely. Followed the instructions with new batteries, attempting to restart. Contacted the company and was told that the return policy states I have to video showing that the remote is not working. My android phone does not record or send video. I spent over $50 for this candle, only wanted an exchange. I have 5 other Luninara products and I assure you this will be the last product I ever purchase from this company. For sure I will be letting others know about their absurd exchange policy.
