Waiting almost 2 weeks for my order. They advertise as Luna and Laurel California but the clothing comes from China. I still do not have my order

They go by a few names. Everly and Rose. Sofia and Lily.

Bad product, wrong sizing, exchanges or returns impossible, slow delivery out of China. Was told to pay for return shipping. I kept a too big item to give to charity after several weeks of emailing with AI.

STAY AWAY

I will NEVER again purchase from this company!!! The fabric was cheap and you could see through it! I tried to return this awful dress that did not fit and what a nightmare!!! You have to return to CHINA and that was a joke! UPS nor postal service could ship this item back so I guess I have to eat the whole cost and trash the dress!!!

Advertised as Luna & Laurel of California and 100% from China. Delivery date kept getting pushed out. I used size chart to select size and what I got was too large and not of good quality. When I contacted them to return, my options were a 15% refund and keep the dress, replacement or a $25 store credit (the item cost around $75. When I requested a full refund, I was informed I would have to ship it to China which would cost me more than was reasonable and take multiple weeks.

If could give a zero I would!
I had a very disappointing experience with Luna and Laurel. When my dress arrived, the quality was not what I expected, and the entire return process turned into a complete nightmare.

To receive a full refund, I was expected to pay $75.00 to ship the dress back. That is absolutely ridiculous, especially when the product itself was disappointing. The alternatives offered were just as frustrating: a 15% refund if I kept the dress, the option to exchange it for a larger size while paying additional shipping costs, or a $25 store credit to use at a later date. None of these options felt like a fair resolution.

The entire experience was unnecessarily difficult and left me feeling that the company was more interested in making returns difficult than in providing good customer service.

Additionally, the polished website gives the impression of a California-based company, but my items came from China. I believe customers should be given clear and transparent information about where their orders ship from and what to expect if they need to make a return.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from Luna and Laurel to read the return policy carefully before ordering. The quality, expensive return shipping, and frustrating customer service made this a purchase I regret. I would not shop with this company again.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is a fraudulent company. They have California on their site so you think you are ordering from a US based company and your not! Their products come from China and you can't return unless you pay a $20.00 fee. They are con artists.
