Zero. Do not deal with this shambles of a company. They are uncontactable and ignore all emails sent to them. Good still not arrived. A total tip off!! Avoid like the plague!!!!

I ordered some towels and bath mat, that were lovely and bath robe which was too small. I have tried to return it and been given a authorisation code, and was told I would receive a label and further instructions but haven’t heard since. That was about a week ago. Sent 4 messages since to info box and Ben but still no response.
Think the company needs reporting to someone higher if they are not going to deal with returns, as promised on their website. This seems like fraud. I will wait a few more days.

I placed an online order with this store (Order #14260). After receiving the item, I contacted the company within the statutory return period to request an exchange for a different size or a refund.

Despite sending multiple emails to the contact address listed on the website and to the owner’s email, I received no response at all.

Ignoring customer enquiries, especially regarding online returns, is unacceptable. This situation could have been resolved easily if the company had simply replied.
Based on my experience, customer communication is very poor.

I returned a bath robe have emailed them 4 times no response no other way to contact them I don’t know if this company is a scam or not but no one responds it’s terrible and this was for my 83 year old mum for a Christmas present

The duvet cover looks great on their website but we were quite upset with the product we received. The material of the duvet cover doesn't really match the material of the pillow cases.
after washed you cant use in the bed without ironing as it is too wrinkled. After you iron, you need to be extremely careful, as it will shine and look dirty.
Also, the pillow cases don't have the normal design, making it very difficult to cover your pillow with them.
I bought the duvet cover a while ago. Probably at the beginning of the year or end of last year. I am waiting until now to write a review as sometimes duvet covers and sheet get better with time, which wasn't the case here. So, I can not recommend Lunar Oceans and their products, as I am very disappointed. Also, it wasn't cheap, as I decided not purchase the set from other companies to buy something special. So, I ended up spending double the money and buying something I regret to this date.
It is just horrible to iron, but impossible to use it without ironing.

Ordered the Luxe Soft Cotton Bedding Bundle in slate blue. The item arrived very swiftly however it was definitely not the quality I was expecting. The bedding is described as “buttery soft” but what I received was a cheap cotton in a completely different colour to that shown on the website. I’ve returned my ordered and sent two e-mails to Lunar Oceans but so far so customer service and no refund. Don’t waste your time and go to Dunelm or somewhere similar for half the price!

Great quick service and beautiful products.
I recently ordered the soft bedding set in white and several bath sheets. The quality of both is fantastic and such a great sale price.

Returned an item a couple of weeks ago - i've emailed four times now and haven't received any response. As mentioned elsehwere, no other way to get in touch either.

Company is a scam.

Terrible experience. All seems fine, including instructions supplied about how to do a return. Then nothing. No refund. No response to emails. Most disconcertingly, there is NO PHONE NUMBER LISTED ANYWHERE, so no possibility of calling to discuss. Definitely a sham!!

Scam company! Ordered an item which is faulty. Zero response from company , I’ve contacted them twice. The “chat” bot doesn’t work. No phone number! Buyers be careful, dont buy from this sham company. I’m also not sure if the accolades from all the glossy mags are true!

Do not order from this company as their customer service is non-existent. I ordered a few items of the same color, but there was a noticeable color variation - I sent pictures and email through to both their email addresses with no response. Also sent a message on Instagram with no response. After sending items back with delivery confirmation, still no refund after almost 2 weeks.

Wonderful service. Kindly exchanged an unwanted gift for me. Also excellent products.

Beautifully soft bath sheets - the softest I've ever owned! I only wish they came in more colours :)

Excellent towels (waffle terry bath towels and hand towels). Excellent customer service as well, we had a small issue that was resolved with speed and generosity 🙂
