I recently emailed Lunns regarding an engagement ring for my girlfriend, I had two rings in mind and their employee Hannah-Grace was only too happy to help, she went back and forth with me answering any questions I had, and between her and her colleague Emma they supplied me with information and pictures which helped me make an informed choice. The ring was stunning and was sent out to me in a beautiful box with all the documentation to go with it. My now fiancée was delighted with it.
The level of customer service provided by their staff was one that Lunns should be extremely proud of.
Will definitely be using them for our wedding rings, and if I drop enough hints maybe a Tudor watch in future. Thanks guys.

I have been a local customer of Lunns since 1989 when my mum & dad bought me my first real watch (an Omega Seamaster - Automatic). Lunns were helpful and attentive then and this focus on service has never changed. Every major purchase for my wife has been in Lunns (key dates and anniversaries). I also source all my staff long service presents (pens & cufflinks) with Lunns and in the last 5-6years Lunns have provided 3 Rolexes for me (2 Explorer 1s and a Submariner with Date) -- and I have each watch today as a family heirloom to pass to my children. I would not shop at any other jeweller and I can see a few key purchases in the future. I wish Lunns a bright & prosperous future -- you are a Belfast institution and in an age of internet shopping a breath of fresh air.

His knowledge of Rolex timepieces is remarkable—he answered every question with confidence, patience, and genuine enthusiasm. During my summer visit, Ben took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me toward the perfect choice without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. He delivered on my request for my return visit last week (Nov 2025).
It’s rare to encounter someone who combines professionalism, passion, and warmth so seamlessly.
What stood out most was how personalized he made the entire experience. Every detail mattered, and Ben ensured that both watches felt like meaningful, long-term investments rather than just purchases.

When in store we were informed that resizing rings is no problem. We are loyal customers and bought an engagement ring, now a little too small. When wanting to make an appointment for risize, we were brushed off. The ringwould have to go back to the manufacturer's service department and take 2 to 4 weeks. And... they may not be able to do it. This is beyond rediculous. I may have to wait a month for a resize and possibly with no result. Lunns says they have excellent service.... so give served in real life not just on paper. I want to complain as it is so against what I thought they stand for. Plus it goes against what we were promised in the shop.

Incredible service, massive thank you to Luke who has been probably completely bombarded with my questions over a few visits and phone calls but always had an answer or was able to help. He is full of knowledge and a true expert at what he does. He helped me every step of the way which lead to my first Rolex Purchase on Sunday which begins my journey with Rolex, can’t wait for the next time. Thank you

I live locally and would regularly pop into the Omega Boutique in Belfast, I know most of the staff in there and they’re so professional and friendly. Travis is who I’ve dealt with the most so this review is really just to highlight what an all round gentleman he his, nothing is any trouble and he’s helped me source replacement cards, refurbish and repair Omega bracelets and more recently when I bought a new Speedmaster for myself he was just brilliant. Myself and my partner were treated to some bubbly and we had a superb experience. I just recently bought an additional strap for the watch and once again Travis did everything for me and when it arrived it was fitted perfectly. All of the staff are super friendly and as my collection grows I’ve no doubt in buying from Lunn’s again.

Second time I have tried the trade in to trade up advertised by lunns and once again got told they have no room for the three pieces I offered. An Omega, Tudor and Tag Heuer all full sets previously bought from Lunns as well.

I had the pleasure of being in the Tudor shop Queens Arcade Belfast on Saturday. A really lovely surprise organised by my son. This unforgettable experience was made truly exceptional by the outstanding Grainne McCormack and Brett. I have never experienced such excellent customer service. To be honest it was so much more than that. Grainne was warm and welcoming, creating such a relaxing atmosphere yet still reflecting the luxurious beauty of the Tudor brand. Also a big thank you to Brett who wonderfully sorted the links. Grainne you have no idea what a special experience you gave me. Thank you.
