The advertisement for Lunore was so misleading which was unacceptable and customer service is at its worst, in fact it doesn't exist.
When I contacted the firm after receiving the item five different girls from the admin dept replied with different excuses and clearly there was no liaising with one another which was so frustrating and unprofessional.
I did purchase the item to help me with my reading whilst away on holiday over the Christmas period but the specs were useless and my vision was blurred when I tried them on
When I contacted the firm to return the item they suggested that I keep the specs and they would give me a 50% refund. This was in December and I am still awaiting my payment even though I was informed that the refund was sent to my bank
Why are these organisations operating such unsupportive business and judging by the reviews this seems to be the norm for this company which is totally unacceptable.
Anyone thinking of making a purchase from Lunore please think twice and don't make the same mistake as I did unfortunately.

Betrug,Lieferung ist zwar angekommen aber keine Funktion, Rücksendung erfolgt aber Rückabwicklung wird entweder über KI oder durch ständige Rückfragen verzögert und dann eingestellt. Kein Geld zurück dringend abzuraten. 1 Stern ist noch zu viel. Hier wird genau auf Verzögerung und Billigerware spekuliert.

Die von Lunore gelieferten Brillen sind absoluter Schrott. Die versprochenen Funktionen der "automatischen" Einstellung der Sehschärfe funktioniert absolut nicht. Die Rücksendung stellt sich sehr kompliert dar. Der Link fr das Rücksendeformular läuft ins Leere.
Die Kommunikation läuft nur üüber e-Mail, eine Telefonnummer ist nicht erkennbar.
Ich kann nur von dieser Firma abraten.

J'ai réalisé dernièrement une commande sur le site LUNORE. Au bout d'une semaine, comme je n'avais aucune nouvelle de ma commande et que le paiement par CB avait été encaissé, j'ai écrit au service support. Une réponse m'a été envoyée dans les heures qui ont suivi, m'indiquant une rupture de stock des deux produits commandés. Il me propose d'aller choisir sur le site Laurence Boutique d'autres produits qui ne correspondent pas du tout aux produits initiaux. Je leur demande le remplacement des produits disponibles par d'autres références. Il me demande encore plus de précision. Je viens de faire une copie du panier et là pas de réponse. Ils ne sont pas joignables par téléphone, numéro non valide. LUNORE me semble de plus en plus douteux.

Ma commande a mis trois semaines à me parvenir, le pull acheté est de très mauvaise qualité, 100% polyester et les couleurs sont différentes des photos ! De plus si je souhaite renvoyer l’article, les frais d’envoi sont à ma charge. Une véritable arnaque.

J'ai acheté une robe à 50€. Elle ne convient pas du tout. Lunoré ne veut pas que je retourne la robe sous prétexte que la livraison est trop chère. Il me rembourse 24,90€ et je garde la robe qui ne me convient pas et sans mon approbation. Fuyez !!!! Une amie a acheté pour 150€, Lunoré ne veut pas faire le retour mais un bon d'achat de 100€. Après qql recherches, je vois que leurs vêtements sont vendus 5x moins chers sur Temu. La robe 10€ sur Temu. Il faut les dénoncer, ils arnaquent en n'acceptant pas le retour.

Commande d'une veste cotelée pour homme, l'article reçu ne ressemble rien, et certainemeNt pas à la photo sur le site, une vraie loque sans forme, pour un prix de 50eur, au lieu de 120, LAMENTABLE J'ai donc envoyé un mail pour retourner l article et on me propose de le garder et de me rembourser 50% uniquement, car soit disant les frais de retour coutent 29eur. c'est du vol. ne commandez jamais chez eux.

Le 19 décembre 2025 j’ai passé et payé commande pour une robe à 49,95 euros pour laquelle LUNORE faisait la publicité sur FaceBook.

J’ai bien été débité le 22 décembre 25 mais n’ai pas reçu de numero de commande ni de mail de confirmation.

Ma banque m’a confirmée que ma carte à été débité le 22 décembre 25 à Nieuwegen, Pays Bas et m’a fourni l'adresse mail ainsi que le numéro de téléphone de LUNORE aux Pays-Bas.

Malgré plusieurs contacts mails et envoi de documents, ce litige n’est toujours pas résolu. LUNORE ne répond pas à ma demande de remboursement ou d'envoi du colis commandé et payé sous prétexte que je n'ai pas fourni le numéro de commande (je n'ai jamais reçu de mail de confirmation ni de numéro de commande, inutile de me demander de vérifier encore et encore dans mes spams!)
Cette boite n'est pas honnête.

I would have awarded minus star rating if possile.absolute con artists, glasses are useless i challenge anybody to see anything out of them.No Chance of getting any refund either STAY AWAY

So that’s why Trust Pilot exists to inform the public of these con artists . Yes I should have checked here for eat and I’m grateful to have only been conned out of £32.00 as it could have been worse if it was £300 and 2 pounds . My experience is much the same as everyone else’s complaints of cheap plastic you can’t see a thing out off , and the worse thing is their professional advertising and they are using a bundle load of new names for their false company’s . I believe in what goes around comes around so they will face their KARMA in due time . We must all Trust , Trust Pilot a great peace of mind ( when used ) of course . Don’t be a victim to these scam glasses 👓

Eventually received glasses. Could not read a thing with them. Asked for a refund,to date will not even reply to emails. Yes cheap junk from the far east could not even be bothered to remove the Chinese stickers from the lenses

Scam scam scam do not buy false reviews on trust pilot, , glasses never arrived, , emailed them all I get back is tracking order from them, CORRUPTION AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL, why are they allowed to advertise cheat cheat CHEATS

False advertising, false goods, its a scam site. I bought some multifocal sports glasses, even had trust pilot reviews on the advertising for the glasses on the site, when the goods arrived cheap plastic frames and the lenses well they could have been made out of a plastic bottle that's how bad they are, been ripped off, chinese knock off goods an can't get a reply for refund.
