Initially had a problem with card which was rectified when I contacted the company and Alex emailed me to first correct it and afterwards contacted me several times to check I had received card etc and was happy with it
Card is perfect thank you just what I wanted for my grandson and wouldn’t be able to buy anywhere else thank you!

I ordered a personalised face swap card. Although the face swap had failed to work on the initial card, the company were quick to look into the issue, compensate and confirm when it was safe to order a replacement. Whilst I had that initial problem, the service received to rectify was honestly second to none. The replacement card arrived without no issues and it was just perfect. I’ll certainly be using the company again, great choice of cards and amazing service. Thank you!

I wanted a particularly personal card for a friend moving home.
I had the photos, I had the words to put in it but that's where my techy know how stopped but the personal touch from the company completely sorted everything for me.

The card I ordered didn't arrive for my Mum's birthday even though I ordered in plenty of time. Turns out it was a problem with Royal Mail. Lush Lobster responded straight away to my email even though it was Friday evening. They bent over backwards to sort the problem out and I can't thank them enough. I'm now a very happy customer.
