First time using this company but as soon as my order arrived. Delivery was really quick and the quality of the card was fantastic I chose a couple of photos for inside the card. Excellent customer service - when one item may not have been available within the advertised delivery window I was advised of this and offered alternative items that would come on time.
Nothing was too much trouble and when both the original item and the replacement arrived (both on time!) I offered to return one and was told to keep it! Would highly recommend

Good card selection, easy to order and prompt delivery and, upon viewing, a quality product . The only small niggle was the limited personalisation capability, regarding the the number of photos and text that can be added. On the whole though, very satisfied.

Really lovely cards that you can easily personalise with this great website. Needed to contact company with a query about something I thought I’d done wrong and problem was sorted out happily and easily by Alex, who was so helpful and kind. Lovely company. Highly recommend.

No envelope included with card

I picked a lovely card and there was a minor issue with it when it arrived. I emailed the company and had a very prompt reply with a more than acceptable response to my query! Super pleased with Lush Lobster and have already used again since!!!

Have ordered a couple of times and have never received anything but 5 star customer service and communication. For a small company, they make a huge effort and even sorted a completely random custom request at the drop of a hat! They also posted my card 1st class when I accidentally selected 2nd class delivery at no extra cost. Customer for life here ✌️

I have revised my rating based on the email received from the company, as they really are trying to make up for my poor experience. I still am not overly impressed as the original explanatory email they said they sent was never received by me, either in my main or junk folder, and I only had communication after posting my original review. I have now given them another chance as they offered me a free card. Hopefully this one will turn up!

Ordered an engagement card for my daughter and her fiancé with same day delivery. A week later received notification that my payment had been refunded with no explanation as to why. When I checked with my daughter she had not received the card. First time using this company and will be the last.

To respond to the company’s reply - no emails have been received from them (I have also checked my junk folder which had 2 marketing emails from Lush, but nothing else) other than the order confirmation and today the notice of refund so I am still at a loss as to why the order was not processed.

Update - I have now received an email from them (which went into my junk folder and came from “admin info” which is why it didn’t show up when I searched for “lush lobster”) which does indeed offer me a voucher. Still a disappointing experience overall though and unfortunately I wouldn’t order again as I now have no confidence that my order will be processed.
