I ordered the XL dog pod after a very poor experience with another company.

The service was exactly as described, the delivery was speedy and the product quality is excellent.

My very anxious dog absolutely loves the bed and settles in such a relaxed way. She had to stay with friends this weekend and took her new bed with her. She is normally quite stressed and paces a lot when out of her own environment but they said she slept like a baby.

The big test will be when we take her to Europe in a few weeks. We haven't so far managed to help her enough with her anxiety during a long journey and she has previously sat up panting in her car dog cage in the boot the whole way despite anxiety medication. Hopefully this time, being closer to us and in her own secure bed, she will have a different experience.

At checkout they have a section where you can leave a tip. I haven't interacted with anyone - why would i leave a tip? Makes me wonder if they don't pay their staff very well and are supplementing income by soliciting tips. Unfortunately, tips for online shopping seems to be becoming more of a 'thing', which means an automatic boycott from me.

Honestly the best thing I have purchased! It’s made car rides a joy, my puppy loves it she goes straight to sleep and curls up the minute she’s in it. Quality is great - easy to wipe clean. Fits nicely in my mini on the back seats. I can understand the price considering how much happier my puppy is and the quality of the item. Can’t wait to go on many more happy journeys!

The product was just what we where looking for, checked it out on line, a big plus for us was the isofix attachment for the car, we have now received the pod and are over the moon with it, came well packed also had a link on how to assemble, but it's very easy to do, as of today we have not used the pod, as we pick up our little puppy next week, but dont see any reasons that it wont be great.

I ordered the smaller pod initially (ordered to resolve Lottie’s anxiety in the car primarily). A expensive product but I needed a solution and the product came with a money back guarantee, so I thought it had to be worth a shot. The quality of the product was immediately apparent, and it didn’t take Lottie long before she relaxed into it ((initially tried out in the lounge as recommended). Unfortunately, this pod was too small for her. I spoke to Anton as I wanted to exchange it for the XL. There was no quibbling over it, and I am now awaiting the larger size. Impressed by both the quality of the product and the attitude of the owner and customer service. Would recommend.

Delivery driver needs to ensure that they leave a calling card or something to notify customer where parcel has been left.

Great communication throughout. The product is great although dog still adjusting. Appears to be good quality. Only reason for 4 stars is it is a little pricey.

I have an average size whippet and unfortunately it was just a little too small for her, so reluctantly I had to return it

This arrived in very good time, the product was beautifully made with high standard materials and frankly looked fabulous. My issue though unfortunately, was my dog! She is the correct weight for this pod but she is very leggy and tends to sit up in the car. We needed one slightly wider and the sides higher…however that is our issue not the pods. I am so disappointed because it did look good, I would recommend this product. Also….customer service was outstanding, even when I returned it and the post office lost it for a while!! Great company.

2nd seat we’ve bought so we have one in each car the quality and design is incredible. Our dachshund is recovering from IVDD and we feel confident that he is safe and well supported

The delivery and updates were informative and efficient. The actual car seat is amazing! My dog loves it so much we had to buy another for the second car. He also didn’t want to leave the car when we took a drive! Have recommended to friends!

I wanted the Isofix connections and new straps has my puppy had chewed them , Apple was amazing extremely helpful and very prompt at responding to my questions and clarifying exactly what I needed . A very positive and stress free process !!

Item not delivered, lost at customer hub, apparently. No phone number to contact, AI generated responses to email queries.
Now having to chase for refund.
Appalling company to deal with.
Can’t comment on product as I’ve never received it.
Wish I’d read the other 1* reviews on missing items before ordering.

My pod is lovely though the dogs not quite sure . The service was brilliant

The bed was very nice but unfortunately did not help my dog when travelling in the car
