Very very disappointing, was sent the wrong colour dog bed (stress free and calming). Huge lack of communication, had to wait weeks for replacement, was beginning to think I’d been scammed !! Can’t see how this dog bed can be calming, just like any other shop bought dog bed, the stuffing was very poor, bought some n added it to my greyhound bed, didn’t want the hassle of sending it back. Won’t use again !!

A bit of a delay on responses but all sorted now

Have not received my cat bed yet so hope it will be OK but customer services have been incredibly helpful when I wanted to change the size of the bed ordered with an immediate reply and offered me a bigger bed for the same price so as to not delay my delivery. Thankyou to Phil.

Very poor customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have returned an unsuitable item via tracked delivery, within 14 days as per the returns policy. I have confirmation from the carrier that this has been delivered, yet I have received no refund and am getting no responses to my emails. I am being totally ignored by Pawfect4Pets. Worst company that I have ever dealt with. I strongly advise you not to purchase anything from these people. I will be raising a dispute with my bank to request my payment back. Failing this, I will make a claim to the small claims court, for a refund, court fee and interest. I am also reporting to trading standards for ignoring consumer rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as looking at the other reviews on here, I can see that mine is not an isolated case. Terrible, terrible company. Avoid at all costs.

Dog coat was too big so I asked for a refund. The customer service said it was not their policy and that l had to buy another coat and returned the one already bought. Then l challenged that, asking how can l possibly trust them that they will refund me and from that point, the person was extremely rude to me. I then checked the reviews and figured out straight away this was a bad company. The person said they will send another size on reception of the item but they never did. Do not purchase from them. Absolutely terrible customer service. I have never experienced this type of rudness from a customer service before.

The goods I ordered on 4th September were never received despite getting an order confirmation, payment being taken and notification that they were in transit. I have twice emailed them to advise but have received no response on either occasion. Customer service is deplorable. 19/10/26 This review prompted a response from the company regarding order #98865 placed in 4th September saying they will look into it which would be greatly appreciated.

Really disappointing. Spent £105 on an extra large dog bed on 27th September. It’s 17th October now and still no bed has arrived. 3 weeks. Have emailed the company 3 times and not had a response. Not even sure the bed is going to arrive anymore and no way to contact the company or get a response.

Ordered two coats with built in harness, the website stated they was waterproof, these coats are absolutely 💯 % not waterproof, my little ones were soaked through by the time we got back from a walk, we had to wring them out, so I contacted the company, but had no reply, I emailed them again telling them that if I didn't receive a reply I would put a bad review, they came back to me straight away, telling me that I had no right to threaten them with a bad review, and the jackets were waterproof, so I replied sending photos of the wet jackets, I have heard nothing for a week now , I wished I had read the trust pilot reviews before I bought them, I've definitely learnt a lesson.

DREADFUL! I wish I could attach photos, the colour of the bed we received is genuinely laughable!
We ordered the pink donut bed for £70, not even cheap; it's pink alright.
It's a peachy colour on the website but in real life it is pure highlighter pink, Paris Hilton's dream dog bed.
The quality is also extremely poor, synthetic and plasticky. Took ages to come. Had to email for tracking info and in fairness got a reply within 10 minutes at just after 6am (bit odd) but all in all would absolutely avoid like the plague.

I needed a bigger coat and sent measurements to Phil. He replied swiftly and I sent the old one back a few weeks ago. I did Chase a refund as I had emailed to check it was back with them but didn’t receive a reply via email. Used the contact form and Phil replied instantly and sent money over.

If only I had read the reviews first before I ordered 😫. I ordered the luxury car dog bed £112. It stated it had 2 seat belts and it looked really good quality in the pictures online. When I finally received the dogs bed it was badly wrapped in plastic. It was nothing like the picture, dreadful quality and only had one seat belt (I have two dogs). I emailed the company with my concerns and requested a return/refund. Received an email from them who disagreed with my findings but gave me an address to return it to. I returned it at great cost via Royal Mail. Guess what....no refund, no response to any of numerous emails chasing the refund. It is now with my bank and they are pursuing a chargeback. Avoid this company like the plague. I think this is a one man band and stock is sent from China. I hope this review saves someone else from losing £100+.

Very poor customer service, 1 of 2 items never arrived, had to chase up with 3 email, was fobbed off/ignored. Fortunately just been able to get a refund from PayPal. Do not recommend this company at all.

Terrible service. Considering it is a UK based company we waited 2 weeks for delivery. When the bed arrived it was coiled up & wrapped in plastic that was so tight, great care had to be taken to get it off as you risked damaging the bed. I emailed twice & the 2nd time they did not have the courtesy to answer. The bed itself is not worth £100 but returns seem just as difficult so we'll put up and shut up. I do not recommend the bed or the company.

My dog loves his new donut dog bed...perfect size for him He's a cockapo and we ordered a large size. He loves to sleep with his head supported hanging over the side so he's very happy and looks comfortable. I was particularly impressed with the customer service and therefore giving 5 stars. The first bed arrived with a small hole in, so I emailed the company and immediately received an extremely apologetic response. They sent out a new bed immediately and it arrived a couple of days later. No problems with this one. As the beds are vacuum packed when they arrive I'm pretty sure the fault was at the manufacturing end anyway and Pawfect4pets couldn't have known it was faulty when they sent it out.

UPDATE 100% definitely won't be using this company EVER again. Poor quality once finally received (took 3 weeks so can only assume goods came from abroad) and hopeless customer service. Here's my original moan... OK so I placed an order and realised IMMEDIATELY I'd put .con instead of .com on the end of my email. So I emailed them as no phone number is available on their website not unusual I guess these days!. So I've sent 3 emails and in a week I'd heard nothing and no delivery has been made (I know this was set up to go to the correct home address). I'll wait to see what happens in the next 48hrs but I'll be asking Amex to cancel the order, if they can. HOPELESS customer service hence only a 1 star 1* rating, even though it was my own fault you think I'd get a reply at some stage. If it improves I'll increase my review.....here's hoping!!

Wrong item sent, another 10 days later still not received what I ordered.

A genuinely good company for pet products, I was very happy with the service received and the staff were extremely helpful.

I ordered 3 items. A car seat belt for my dog and a seat cover. I also order a winter super soft cat/dog nest with calming effect for £27.99. The seat belt and car cover arrived but there was no dog bed. That was a month ago. My emails have gone ignored asking where it is why and it wasn't delivered. I also tried to speak to a 'real person' on their website who 'normally responds in minutes' but there was no response. After trying a few more times, it said staff were busy and to email the info@ email and was again ignored. I would not trust this company again. As for customer care/service, I wondered if anyone worked there at all?!

My order arrived late, I emailed to try and find out when it was due however did not receive a reply despite the website stating 24/7 customer support. My order finally arrived and the dog bed I ordered was not as described and was poor quality. I emailed customer support once again regarding returning the item and once again did not receive a reply or even acknowledgement of my email. This is not poor customer service it’s none existent customer service. Won’t be ordering from them again. Don’t waste your time and money.

I ordered from this company on the 20th of August I never received my goods, I tried emailing them and got nothing, when I put a review on here finally I got a response that I was going to get a replacement and could I change my review I did that and still nothing . Its not my fault its lost somewhere in the blue haze but it would appear ive given enough chances I would like my money back but as they dont answer emails im not holding my breath. Do not buy anything.
