Outstanding experience.

The diamond is beautiful. The professionalism and communicate we experienced are
unsurpassed. All expectations were exceeded. We definitely will use them again and we already have plans.

I purchased a ring and necklace from this establishment for my engagement to my now fiance. I had it delivered to their best friends place so as to surprise them with it. We were all completely blown away by the quality and craftsmanship! The customer service was also fantastic; there was some trouble with me not receiving updates on the progress of the ring, however they responded to my email inquiry quickly and personally even giving me $100 store credit even though shortly after my email the ring and necklace had actually been shipped and delivered.

Selling lab-grown diamonds under the label of natural diamonds is a fundamental breach of trust. I purchased what was advertised as a natural diamond 14K white gold ring in June 2024 for $810. Two years later, when I took the ring to a local jeweler for routine rhodium plating, I suffered the humiliation of being told the stones were actually lab-grown.

To make matters worse, when I reached out to Luther’s Diamonds about the misrepresentation, it took a full week and multiple unanswered follow-up emails just to get an initial reply.

While Head Designer Jack Aitkin eventually acknowledged their supply chain failure, and issued a refund of my original $810, the resolution is entirely inadequate. A simple refund two years later does not make me whole. Because diamond prices and replacement costs have increased over time, $810 is nowhere near enough to buy an equivalent natural diamond ring today. I was forced to return the piece I wore for two years, leaving me with no ring at all and absorbing the financial loss out of my own pocket if I want to replace what I originally ordered.

I ordered a pair of earrings . They are beautiful ( so sparkly ). My experience with Luther’s diamonds has been excellent ! The customer service is outstanding . Mr.Lee did a great job with the settings for the earrings . The earrings came on time . I highly recommend Luther’s diamonds . Their work is impeccable and their diamonds are beautiful . I also ordered a custom ring and cannot wait to get that in .

I had a really good experience with Luther diamonds. The team was helpful an easy to communicate with and they took the time to explain the different option without making me feel pressured. I’m happy with my experience and would definitely consider using them again

Commandé une bague de fiançailles pour ma demande qui avait lieu environ 4 mois plus tard. Au départ déçu et stressé des nombreux retards, j'avais peur qu'elle n'arrive jamais. Jack Aitkin m'a beaucoup rassuré en plus de répondre rapidement. La bague est malheureusement arrivée quelques jours après ma demande (obligé d'acheter une autre bague en urgence pour pouvoir faire ma demande). mais maintenant ma fiancée est très heureuse de l'avoir au quotidien, elle la trouve magnifique.
Elle se sert de la "bague d'urgence" lorsqu'elle travaille pour ne pas perdre celle faite par Luthers Diamond.

Je recommande parce-que le service client est super et la bague est vraiment magnifique.

Vorsicht! Ich hab vor einem Jahr den naruto Ring den sie anbieten bestellt. Erst dauerte es Wochen lang und wurde aus China verschickt.... Dann als ich drohte mit rückzahlung kam der Ring endlich sogar mit Videos. Doch jetzt ein Jahr später blättert der Ring ab. Ich hab daraufhin sie angeschrieben und auf die lebenslange Garantie verwiesen. Den ja ich trage den Ring täglich das sollte aber ein 'ehering' aushalten vorallem wenn man ihn immer auszieht zum baden etc. Jedenfalls hiess es das dass nicht zur lebenslangen Garantie zähle und ich nochmal den gesamten Preis ja zahlen könnte den ich vor einem Jahr bezahlte (150fr) und sie mir einen neuen machen. Übrigens das was ab blättert ist Silber.

I have to be honest, I saw their lotus lace ring, and asked for a copy from a local jeweler.
They weren’t even close on the quality; what I saw online. Then I realized I have to get it from the source.

When I ordered, updates came through nicely (shoutout Jack), and in person? The ring is PHENOMENAL. Like, it put the dupe ring to shame.

The team worked diligently to help me refine my idea to match the idea in my vision. The final product expressed my love beautifully to my partner and made our anniversary so much more special. This was an absolutely amazing experience from the design, to the speed at which I received my jewelry, and the final unique cut. 10/10 recommend!!!

I was excited about the bracelet I ordered. I was told that the order would take 4 to 6 weeks to ship. After the six week mark, I had to reach out to the company several times asking for a status update. I finally received an update and received the bracelet about two weeks after when I was told I would receive it. Upon arrival, the design was beautiful, however, the bracelet was too short and did not fit. I reached out again to the company for solutions and several days have passed without any acknowledgment or solutions from the company. The company certainly needs to improve their communication with their clients, especially as a relates to delays in delivery and solutions for when the product does not fit as desired.
