Honestly not sure what to say, first impressions speaking with Jack - he was great, attentive, detail oriented and prioritized customizing our wedding bands to the best of his abilities. However, communication was falling off after a while and there were huge gaps of no communication and just myself sending emails so it felt very insecure. An online website that took my money and I didn't get responses back for days and after many emails sent, so you could imagine the insecurity especially since it's not little bits of money. BUT the rings are indeed very beautiful and exactly as I requested, Jack understood everything that I wanted however it did take a long while for my husband's ring to arrive even though I kept asking for confirmation that the rings would arrive in time. I believe I reached out in late Jan / early Feb. I officially ordered my ring in feb and my husband's ring sometime late Feb/ early Mar and Jack sent an email that it was fully completed in April but then the ring was incorrect and after a few days of no response back, it was then mentioned that it was not "fully" completed. Then a full month afterwards, it was "officially" fully completed. That was very weird. There is also a stain on my wedding band that feels as though it is embedded before the polish because when I touch it, it is very smooth and you cannot feel the stain or any difference.
Honestly, a good and odd experience. the rings are beautiful at the end of the day even though mine has a stain. Do order well in advance if you do decide to move forward with Luther's Diamonds. Perhaps 6 months to a year in advance to be careful.

Regarding the mark you mentioned on your wedding band, our team has already reached out by email so we can have the ring shipped back, inspected, and corrected for you. From our final inspection, we did not see any stain before shipment, but we absolutely want to take care of this properly and make sure your ring is finished to the standard it should be.
We truly appreciate your patience throughout the process, and we are taking your feedback seriously as we continue improving our communication and production updates.

Absolutely disappointing.
It’s almost laughable that I can’t even attach photos of the item I received—because what I got looks nothing like what was advertised. I ordered a gold necklace, and the product I received was completely misleading in size, presentation, and overall quality.
What’s worse is the way this was handled. I was pushed into accepting store credit—which I never wanted—and now I’m being told I have to pay for return shipping for THEIR mistake. That’s unacceptable.
This experience feels deceptive and completely unprofessional. I regret trusting and supporting this business. I will absolutely be warning others about how poorly this was handled.
Avoid this place.

Everything about this company was great, an overall outstanding experience. They were extremely thorough and detailed, walking me step by step through creating my dream engagement ring with customizations. Communication was excellent, they were very responsive, usually replying back-to-back like an ongoing conversation, with 24 hours being the longest response time.
