I would order again!

Good customer service. I have the black crescent moon bag. I like the 3 different options for styling, and the gold detailing makes the purse look expensive. Cute packaging too. I would order again!

I absolutely love my crescent handbag. It is a 4 in 1 or actually I use it 5 different ways . The craftsmanship of the handbag is amazing. The material is such a great quality. The shipping was quick and I love how it arrived in a box . I want more handbags . Highly recommend!

Good item

The bag is fine, quality is ok, more good than expected. I made a mistake and ordered a bag with wrong hardware. But I was very well assisted by customer care service, they were very fast in answering and solve my problem.

Please do not buy

Please do not buy, I did not get short chain as in photo, and it looked so cheap, very different to the photo.
The lock on the side of the bag was so rigid to fix and change the shape.
Anyway, I couldn't change the way as I only have long chain for the Crossbody style.

If the customer service doesn't sort it out, I will definitely write bad reviews again and again as far as I can.
On the website, there is no number to contact.
It is not from NY, definitely from China and
Not worth even a penny.

Ordered items

Ordered items, took the premium ship option as it was purchased for a special occasion. We are now 2 weeks past the Special occasion. I didn't realize that the item would be shipped from China, so to date I have not received my item waiting for almost a month now. What I did receive was an empty envelope. Like others I could not even get to talk to a real person, same continuing BOT called Vanessa.
Anyone who reads this dont use the site.

I didn't realize that the item wll be…

I didn't realize that the item wll be shipped from China, since your website says you are a New York based outlet. I did not have a problem with that at first since I had ordered items originating from China. But when it came to delivery, GOFOExpress was not the best option. To this time I have not recieved my item waiting for almost a month now. I could not even get to talk to a real person even they provided a contact number SOOOO Frustrating!!!!

Cheap knockoffs stolen from independent designers

This is a cheap knockoff site using independent handbag brand’s designs, exact product names, and even original photos to sell polyurethane dupes of Senreve, Songmont, Mlouye and more. Come on, at least be an honest business!

In adequate tracking when I ordered from luxe borsa to the UK

I ordered from luxe borsa to the UK.

My items haven’t arrived yet it says delivered to a safe place - I did not indicate a safe place.

Update: my delivery was sent to the wrong address and the resident kindly delivered it to me.

Updated to 3 stars because the bags are nice but the service is poor.

I got an email saying this would be looked into but I have not heard anything since. No evidence of UK tracking- nothing.

This is a logistical lapse and should be considered.

But the bags are nice - so buy them if you’re happy to bear the risk.

I was not given a royal mail tracking number so I have no way of seeing proof of delivery.

I emailed asking for one and got no response.

And I added shipping protection to my order.

I am hoping the order turns up. That’s the only reason it’s 2 stars and not one.
