I was a happy customer for years until last order. Tbh got a great deal which I believe they didn't want to honour but also did not want to looks like they didn't. So they sent a bogus teaching code, then said it came back from the shipping company twice. Not because the address was wrong (it was right) but because they couldn't accept shipping to Italy (from Sweden).

After weeks of waiting I had a refund.

Never trusting them again. Past owner wasn't perfect but honoured their promises.

I ordered sunglasses, and they arrived in 10 business days across Europe. They are very high quality, but what else would I expect for that price?

I hope people can see this review and never, ever buy anything from them. I'm a Kickstarter backer, backed their product along with hundreds of others. Haven't received any communication update for months - it is now 2 months after the stated delivery date and they have not responded. Looking at their past Kickstarter campaigns, I see a lot of complaints about never receiving their product. How Kickstarter continues to let this scam company defraud people is crazy. Oh, and their products are all on their website for sale!!! So all the backers are just scammed.

You know, I bought from this company in the past, and I really liked their product. The trouble this time is that my order never showed up, and I contacted them numerous times over the past few months, trying to get them to correct the situation. It seems like they just don’t care. So now I have to go through the hassle of disputing the charge of my credit card company. Really unsatisfactory at the best.

I was given a pair of ZERPICO carbon fibrous hybrid sunglasses for Christmas. We’ll I now know you CAN NOT wear these sunglasses in a pool with chlorine. I have had countless ray ban, Oakley and costa sunglasses with mirror finish and never had an issue with them. Also my wife bought a pair of $12 mirrored len sunglasses and they held up at the water park. Very disappointed with zerpico as they are nice otherwise but for me are a complete fail.
