I made 2 orders back in November 2025, I asked the owner to give me an update on the orders and every month he was saying that the orders would be ready by the end of that month and would ship as soon as possible.
Every month was the same story: I didn't receive the orders and I kept asking for updates, getting the same reply. In the background the owner was sharing some updates in Instagram saying that the orders were almost ready (therefore lying constantly).
After a lot of months of waiting I decided to get a refund, that will also take some time because of problems the owner is having with the payment processor.
Hopefully eventually I will get my money back but this has been a terrible experience.
Now I know this guy is restructuring and planning to open another online shop, please stay away from that shop too

After waiting since December on my order and after countless messages I finally received my money back this month after threatening with legal consequenses.

At first it all seems quite harmless, and you take into account that it’s “just” a student who has simply taken on too much work. But after all the excuses—from payment issues to renovations—it becomes clear that this is actually a very cunning seller.

I hope everyone gets their money back, but I doubt it. As a tip, I’d say: file a report if you don’t get your money back! And for new customers, please go somewhere else.

I strongly advise others to stay away from this business.

They charged my card immediately, but after almost 4 months I still have not received the order or my money back. Communication has been extremely poor and the promises they make are never fulfilled.

At first they kept saying the order would be shipped soon. That never happened. Later they promised to issue a refund, claiming it would take about two weeks due to an issue with their payment provider. That was over a month ago, and I still have not received any refund.

I have sent multiple emails asking for updates, tracking information, or simply my money back. Every time I either get vague answers, excuses, or no response at all.

Holding a customer’s money for months without delivering the product or refunding the payment is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The whole experience feels extremely suspicious and dishonest.

At this point I am forced to escalate the case with my bank and report it.

Avoid this company if you value your money.

Freaking scammer, paid on start on november still nothing on march and got ghosted and social media and mailing !

Esperando desde noviembre sin novedad alguna, ni información alguna. Varios emails sin respuesta, whatsapp sin respuesta, desde el chat de la web sin respuesta, así que empecé la reclamación desde la app de SHOP, Paypal que he realizado el pago por ahí y pendiente de OCU.

Sinceramente puedo entender que existan retrasos y lo que sea, pero directamente no molestarse en contestar ya me da la sensación de scam, así que sinceramente lo mejor que se puede hacer ante la falta de información, son las pertinentes reclamaciones.

This situation has now become absurd and ridiculous. This is without a doubt the worst online shopping experience of my life. There has been ineffective communication, no shipment at all, and constant excuses of “three to four weeks” to delay customers. They even refuse refunds using so-called “payment system issues” as an excuse. This is far beyond something that can be justified by simply saying “I’m just a student.”

Ich habe Anfang November 2 Displays bestellt , da es mir zu lange dauerte habe ich storniert , zusammen geeinigt mit dem Verkäufer. Meine Zahlung wurde aber nicht angepasst und ich habe ein Problem gemeldet. Plötzlich hieß es das Paket wurde zugestellt, würde es nicht , jedenfalls nicht an mich !
Zahlen soll ich trotzdem . Ab den Punkt ist keine Kommunikation mehr möglich , antworten sowie Sendungsnachweis gibt es nicht .
2 Email Adressen und via Instagram ohne Erfolg .
Ich kann nur abraten dort zu kaufen .

Ich habe im November 2025 zwei Bestellungen im Gesamtwert von rund 430 € in diesem Shop aufgegeben. Bis heute wurde keine Ware versendet.

Am 07.01.2026 habe ich die Stornierung der Bestellungen veranlasst. Nach anfänglicher Ablehnung wurde mir am 13.01.2026 schließlich zugesichert, dass die Stornierung durchgeführt wird. Gleichzeitig wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Rückerstattung aufgrund von Problemen mit dem Zahlungsdienstleister 2–3 Wochen dauern könne.

Inzwischen sind fast vier Wochen vergangen, ohne dass ich eine Stornierungsbestätigung oder eine Rückerstattung erhalten habe. Erst heute habe ich erneut nachgefragt, da die zugesagte Frist deutlich überschritten ist.

Dieses Vorgehen ist inakzeptabel. Eine zugesagte Stornierung ohne anschließende Rückzahlung oder eine klare Rückmeldung seitens des Shops hinterlässt keinen professionellen Eindruck.

Man skal have god tålmodig.

Die Bestellung erfolgte am 01.12 und sollte noch vor Weihnachten eintreffen. Auf 4 Instagram Nachrichten am 11.12, 18.12, 02.01, 08.01 erfolgte nie eine Rückmeldung. Erst als ich per Mail dem Besitzer mit dem Anwalt drohte meldete sich dieser und beschwerte sich darüber, dass er es respektlos findet mit dem Anwalt zu drohen. Ich finde es jedoch respektlos, keine Ware zu versenden, falsche Versprechungen zu machen, nicht auf Nachrichten zu antworten und das Geld der Kunden solange zu behalten. Ich habe mir das Geld inzwischen über PayPal zurückgeholt und kann jedem nur dringend abraten!

Till this day I am still waiting on any update whatsoever. The set has been released a very long time ago. I have tried to reach out several times just for an update, but never got any reply back on all the emails I sent out. Prices are decent but be aware if you order something to wait over a month till you order will arrive, or better said, Not even sure if my order will ever arrive. Heared good things about Luxembourghtcg before ordering so I trusted them all the way, shameful that it has to go this way and cant share the good experience my friends had… I will update here if I will ever get my order. If not I will update aswell for the request of a refund through my bank, hoping for the best.

Placed an order on here on the 8th of november 2025 and still havent received it, the order number was Order #lxbtcg-2960-25. I've tried contacting the shop through all availabe methods, on sms, thrlugh the shops website, on email for about two months, and even through the shop app but to no avail.

I beared in mind when placing this order that it would'nt be sent out before the 28th of november, but that was almost two months ago, this is just not acceptable.

I also placed an order on the 26th of november and that arrived like last week so im just really confused on why its taking so long. I would love to get an answer from the shop about the order since im at my wits end.

I completely understand that there may have been delays in shipping due to the holidays, that's why I waited weeks before trying to contact the vendor, but it is not done that after more than a month I still know nothing about my purchase

Even when they asked customers to sent a message via Instagram if it's Christmas gift. The total lack of communication and support from the seller is absolutely not customer friendly. Only order here if you have enough time and can wait for your order.

No Delivery after 4 weeks, No answers to my Email, No answers to PayPal as well, got my Money Back but took some time.
Always some E-Mails ( to prevent asking) were the Problem ist the Delivery but the Items i ordered we're in Stock so No Sense Here

Op mails wordt niet meer gereageerd .
Na de bestelling onmiddelijk een mail dat het 2 tot 4 weken kan duren maar zeker voor kerstmis geleverd niet dus.

I placed my order on December 1st. It is now January 6th, and I have not received a single update about it. I have written several emails to the address listed on the website and sent several DMs to the Instagram profile, but I have never received a response. I understand that there may have been delays in shipping due to the holidays, that's why I waited weeks before trying to contact the vendor, but it is absurd that after more than a month I still know nothing about my purchase. And the excuse of stock shortage doesn't make sense either, because at that point, at the time of purchase, I should have received at least a notification about it, which obviously did not happen. According to other reviews, it shouldn't be a scam, just very slow shipping, and I sincerely hope so, but the total lack of communication and support from the seller is still an absolute embarrassement. I definitely don't recommend buying from here, especially considering that the prices aren't that much cheaper than the competition. It's much better to spend a little more elsewhere, but with the certainty that the product will arrive and within a normal time frame.

Bis heute keine Versandbestätigung, keine Trackingnummer, nichts.

Am 09.12.2025 wurde öffentlich kommuniziert, dass jeder seine Bestellung entweder vor Weihnachten oder spätestens 4 Wochen nach Bestelleingang erhalten würde.
→ Dieses Versprechen wurde nicht eingehalten.

Rückmeldungen über WhatsApp erfolgen nur sporadisch und unzuverlässig.
Am 18.12.2025 wurde mir erneut zugesichert, dass der Versand in der darauffolgenden Woche erfolgt.
→ Auch dieses Versprechen wurde nicht eingehalten.

Als Ausrede wurden später die Feiertage genannt – das ist jedoch nicht nachvollziehbar, da man zuvor aktiv in einem Chat war, um etwas zu klären, und dieser Chat dann einfach verlassen wurde.

Für mich wirkt das Ganze extrem unseriös.
Nicht hier bestellen. Meiner Meinung nach ist das Scam-Verhalten.

Besonders kritisch ist das bei volatilen Produkten wie Pokémon-Karten:
Wenn 2 Monate kein Versand erfolgt, kann sich der Marktpreis massiv verändern – zum klaren Nachteil des Käufers.

Bitte spart euch euer Geld. Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, hier zu bestellen.
