Biggest fail ever. Shipping took more than 3 weeks and the communication is horrible. Returns are a disaster also! Still waiting for a return label.

I had a great experience! Very helpful and friendly service, and they handled my issue with real care and understanding. The communication was clear, fast and respectful.
Their products are authentic and offered at a very fair price definitely one of the best places to buy TCG items.

First time i ordered here went okay
First time i ordered here went okay, it took a while but that was because it was an Pre-Order. Now the package was stolen from my front door(thanks to UPS) and i need Luxembourg TCG to file a Claim to refund my money.. but this is in some way a big problem.. bad or zero communication..
Edit: miss communication was the problem here and we came to an quick and correct solution!

Overall great experience.
Great communication, very kind support, products took a little longer to arrive than other companies, but the prices and support do justify this. I already placed my second order and it will definitely not be my last one.
