I ordered my item on May 14, it is now May 29 and I have yet to receive my item. Checking tracking only says “in transit” with no updates.

I feel like I was scammed. My item never arrived because the driver had trouble getting to my house. I have tried reaching out to customer service and the delivery company multiple times to resolve the issue and have not heard back or even been refunded. I will not be purchasing from Luxe again, which I would have liked to.

Delivery service is sub par at best,
My order was listed as “failed delivery” to a Federal Building! No contact from vendor or delivery service with questions or delivery options. I have to go my credit card company for a refund and then leave my comments on social media

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! There is no customer service and their bonnets fall off your head at night. I bought two - it was a BOGO kind of deal, and one of the bonnets had a hole on the top. I bought in Feb 2026, and I have been trying to return for a refund and it's May 2026. There is no response from customer service.

The order has not arrived and despite having contacted the company 4 times they have not answered.

Supposedly silk. I purchased 3 bonnets. Immediately out of the package it felt wrong, rough and plastic-like. There was no tag listing the fabric content (again supposedly 100% mulberry silk) and no wash instructions. Also no brand tag. Before requesting a refund I decided to do a little test. Without deconstruction the products at all I found enough loose threads to twine together for a burn test. Highly flammable and makes into a hard plastic nub (synthetic). You have to email their support team for refund instructions. I said the bonnets were completely unworn and in perfect condition but not as described so I wanted a refund. They didn't respond. I sent 4 emails over the course of a couple weeks and they never replied. I have opened a dispute with the bank to get my money back at this point. AFTER my purchase I saw a lot more of their ads and they're not even using their own product, they're using Blissy ads. One you could read the tag sewn into the bonnet and another showed the box. Do not buy.

The bonnets I ordered took weeks to arrive and weren’t even close to the ones that were described online. They were NOT made of silk, were NOT adjustable, and were varying sizes. This site is 100% SCAM. Do not trust them.

Ordered on April 30th and still hasn't arrived as of May 20th. Tracking has been shown in transit since May 9th.

Shipping took a while and they are not large enough to fit all of my hair. And they fall off at night. My hair isn't even very long or thick. Not a good product in my opinion.

Shipping took quite a while and the tracking info was not up to date, however that's not such a big deal. My main complaint and issue is the size of these bonnets are huge! They all fall off my head and my daughter's, so we can't even use them. They are for very big heads (and I don't have a small head) but these fall off, don't stay on at all! So disappointing. I will either give them away or attempt to sew them to tighten and be able to wear.

I ordered on 4/23. On 4/24 they claimed my order had already been delivered…within hours of issuing a tracking number…for a shipper in China. The tracking number doesn’t work. Customer service doesn’t respond to my questions about my order. I have filed a dispute with my bank. I hope Shopify takes this business off their platform ASAP. This is pathetic. It’s been more than 5-10 business days and I have nothing but money gone. I also hope Visa stops working with them too. I stupidly ordered before reading reviews about the product not being the same as what is advertised.

I am very disappointed with the order I received. The bonnets I purchased were advertised as silk, however the products I received clearly feel like satin/synthetic material and not real silk.

In addition, the bonnets arrived with a strong unpleasant smell, which is very concerning and makes them unusable.

I specifically ordered from your company because the products were marketed as silk, and I paid a price based on that description. Receiving what appears to be satin instead is misleading and unacceptable.

Return Support E-Mail is not working. Never heard back from them.

Poor quality, fake. These are satin, not silk, caused significant frizz & won’t stay on my head. I contacted customer service & still waiting for a response. I wish I’d read these reviews first.

Sent 2 emails, I ordered 2 for 1 and only received 1. Terrible quality and zero customer service. No response from them still.

I never received this order. I believe this is a fake company. I have not heard back from their customer service.

1. The order took way too long to arrive.
2. The bonnets do not fit, they kept sliding of my head and my daughter's head all night.

I never received my product... which I have emailed about and no one reached out to me. I will NEVER order from this company again!!!!

This product is terrible it was advertised as silk and when it finally arrived which took way too long it was 100% polyester I spent way too much money to throw all of this in the trash never buy from this company they are lying to you.

I give the rating of 3 stars b/c very quickly I saw a difference in my hair. However, the bonnet is too big and I am unable to adjust it well enough for it to stay in place overnight. This makes slipping uncomfortable.
Since any suggestions? Are there bonnets that fit more closely?

Not real silk. Cheap material. The return shipping is insanely high. Scam company.
