Have never received products!!!! When I look on tracking it just says “location unknown”. No communication from the company to help us sort out where they are. Will have to scrounge up a customer service number or chat and beg for a refund. Would be nice if businesses watched their own product deliveries rather than make the customer do it—especially because it’s such a hassle to get customer support. Wouldn’t bother!!!

Total scam! I would give it zero stars if I could. The bonnets are promoted as pure mulberry silk but they clearly synthetic. They look, feel and smell like cheap polyester. There is no fabric content and care tag. The price for two was too good to be true and I foolishly didn’t check out the company before I ordered. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Buyer beware.

I placed my order on April 11 and got a notification that it was delivered April 13. I never received my package and I doubt it only took two days to process, ship and deliver my package. I would like someone to reach out to me because I have sent two emails already about my issue with no response.

The pure mulberry silk pillowcases are definitely polyester. It says on the packaging and the product label. The pure mulberry silk bonnets are almost certainly polyester, since they do not look or feel anything like silk.
Great marketing. Terrible product.

I have not received my product yet and I’m being asked for a review. Hours after purchasing I received a notification that my product shipped along with tracking information. I clicked it right away and the tracking info didn’t work. I figured it was too soon to be tracking. Days went by and I tried again and again. Once it had reached the third week, I reached out to all email addresses supplied on the website, Shop app documents and order email only to find out they are undeliverable. I don’t have high hopes for the products because although I saw many videos and looked through the website for good reviews I have since found many other posts that say this is false advertising because the bonnets are so clearly NOT silk.

Been waiting 3 weeks for my order and it still hasn't arrived. What's the point of offering shipping deals when you don't even have inventory in the same country? I shouldn't have to wait on customs to get an American based business's product. Either have them made here or keep your own inventory stock so you can actually fulfill your orders in a timely manner.

I haven't received my order that I placed 3 weeks ago....

Purchased 2 head wraps based on their advertisement on FB. Received them after a while. They were not silk. They constantly fall off during sleep as there is no way to adjust them. Have contacted company at least 4 times without the professional courtesy of a response. There is no contact phone number so only way to try to contact them is via email. Wish I had read Trustpilot reviews before ordering. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SELLER!

Scam. I tried to contact them on two emails and both came back as undeliverable. I sent them a message through their site but I don't expect to hear back from them. I will be contacting my credit card company to file a chargeback. Scammers.

Ordered April 9th. Still haven't received my order. No customer service response to several emails. Reporting to the BBB and filing a fraud claim with my bank.

I'm here to join the support group of nice ladies who got scammed by this seemingly great deal on mulberry silk, only to receive garbage polyester three weeks later. Expensive reminder to be wary. Bummer!

Do not work with this scam of a business. I received two tracking numbers and a bounceback from their supposed "contact" email, which I still have yet to receive a response from weeks after I ordered their product. Zero customer service, zero product at the end of the day! Complete scam.

I love the way they fit and definitely the way my her feels nice and smooth. Silk is breathable I can keep on all night without sweating! The only negative is the Black dye bleeds and messed my white pillows up. Please wash and air dry before use!

Bad quality. Way too big, doesn't stay on. Return process is ridiculous. You have to wear it for 30 days and send them pictures with times stamped proof. Not silk, cheap halloween costume material. Don't waste your money!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible quality. Not at all what was advertised. Huge with no adjustable band to tighten. Just flops right off my head. There’s no tag or care instructions. You can just feel the lack of quality material.

I ordered 20 days ago. Still in transit. It needed to go through customs.

They copied and pasted the description from Clementine silks and even left the Clementine business name on there. Scam!

My order was placed April 4th. It’s now April 24th and I’ve yet to get my order or be given any tracking information. It just says the label has been created.

Cap is not real silk. Came from china and it’s satin. Took 2 weeks to arrive and it didn’t come with the storage box that is in the description. Customer service email provided would not deliver.
