Maris was so very helpful! I received my order but was super sick and didn't have time to open or check out my order. A month later I was able to finally get to open this order and after a week of use the zipper broke, Maris was so very helpful with my replacement bag! She went above and beyond! I have bought several pieces from Luxicas and this was the first product that I had an issue with and she fixed it! Thank you so much Maris! You're a rock star! ⭐️

I have purchased a few items from this company and the customer service has always been top tier as well as the products. I have authentic items and it's very difficult to see any difference in their replicas. The delivery is fast and their response time is great.
