I placed an order for their insulated leggings a week and a half before christmas for my wife. Didn't really expect it to make it before the holiday but was hopeful. I have still yet to receive the merchandise and have sent several email replies with my order number, yet to receive a response. Granted that's the only way they offer for response. TERRIBLE customer service............Order #11005

I should have checked them out on here first. Exactly the same as everyone else. Ordered something in December 2020, have received nothing. It is now February 2021. Have had an automated reply to one of my emails and then nothing else. It is a scam. Took my money and that's it!!!

I ordered from Luxiotic on the 11th of January 2021 and have left 6 messages and they have not responded to any of the questions about my order , they were quick at taking the money out of my account. But still no product or answer

Order #10222 was ordered Dec.7 never got them but they took my money!!!!! It's a scam a you know it 😕

Total scam. I placed an order months ago. I've sent 3 emails with no response. Now I know why there are no phone numbers on their website to contact them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.....

everyone is right! this website is real scam!...no noticed of delivery whatsoever after my purchased so i get alarmed. good thing i was able to dispute my transaction as early as possible!

I ordered and paid and not receiving an answer as to when my product will ship. Link to track order does NOT WORK. I keep e-mailing and do not get a response.

No product received. Stay away! Tracking doesn't work. It;s been 3 months already. Total scam. No phone! Email only and they don't respond.

I just want to say that I got scammed I ordered something from these people for my daughter for Christmas and it's been almost 2 months and I haven't heard from them no tracking number no response to any of my emails absolutely nothing so yes don't order from these people it's a scam

Terrible!!! Ordered 3 pairs of leggings back in November and haven’t even gotten a tracking number. Sent 3 emails demanding to know where my order was, no response. Furious!!!

Ordered leggings one pair never got a tracking number 2 fact said they're looking for it not even offer refund nothing it's all a scam beware

4 weeks without a tracking number or anything that says my order is on the way or even ready. avoid avoid avoid

Avoid, it is a scam. No contact info, other then a mail. They are not shipping or responding.
