You've not replied to my email

Ordered the ladder luxskin hair removal for my birthday on the 8th Feb and still not received. Contacted the company via email twice but no contact back. Tracking number for Royal Mail does not exciting. Beware of this company very bad!

Be careful when purchasing from Lux Skin. I placed an order but then changed my mind less than 24h later and asked them to cancel the order.
Lux Skin are refusing to cancel my order, referring to Terms and Conditions that had not been drawn to my attention at any point prior to purchase. Those Ts and Cs say that you can only cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it! This is contrary to UK Consumer rights legislation and is really unfair.
Update: after repeated emails, I have now received a refund.

I’ve had my Lux Skin ProStyler for approx 6 months and there’s an awful noise coming from it with a burning smell. I used their online form to contact them and they asked me to send a video for proof along with my address so they could send me a replacement. Excellent!! If only!! I reply with the details and they didn’t reply. I’ve re-sent them the video multiple times and they’re now just ignoring my emails. I have asked that if they can’t replace then can they at least refund me so I can buy the product somewhere else as it was a present for my aunty!!!! Again, I’ve just been ignored!

AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN!!!

Emailed them that their product is defective twice but no response.

Got this product this week. Used it for the first time after shaving legs, arms etc. Level 4 on my legs, level 2 on my arms. Legs weren’t too bad but arms were a little painful. I have tattoos on my arms also. Afterwards I had a shower and my arms and legs were stinging quite badly in the shower. Just a warning for others or people with a lot of tattoos. Also quite time consuming. Will give another review with results in a few weeks.

My granddaughter asked me if I would like to buy her the LED mask for her birthday. I wanted to check it out first, as I hadn't come across them before. I wrote to the company via their contact form requesting safety data and to date - one week later- have no reply. I doubt I will ever receive one. It means I will not purchase from this company, who do not have a phone line for customer services either, which is not in my experience, a good indicator of company reliability or responsiveness either.

My experience with Lux Skin has been honestly a bit of everything … great and some bad… I did order the led masks .. I did receive my products… took a bit but they did arrive.. I found communication with them to be mostly good … was via emails as they do not have a phone number to use… but with that being said … I must say they do reply in a timely matter … email is acknowledged and then shortly thereafter, addressed. My experience with them was definitely at times pretty stressful … I did lose my patience with them .. they never lost theirs with me. For that I am sorry … overall, they did hold up their end of our dealings. I would do business with them again in the future.

I ordered on January 18 2024 and it arrived January 31 2024. Upon ordering I got a thank you for your order email. My visa held the charge til I got the shipping email. Once I saw that it was shipped with Canada Post (being in 🇨🇦) I was relieved as I was unsure if it was a scam but wanted to dice roll as I’ve had my eye on a LED Face Mask. Tracking kept updating and it’s arrived. Can’t wait to test it out.

I ordered the Face and Neck Sculptor. It arrived relatively quickly but it never turned on. The green lights shows it is fully charged, but it doesn't outright work. I reached out to customer service and never heard back. So, now I have a non-working product and no customer service response regarding a return. Terrible experience.

Ordered in November for a Christmas gift. 4 weeks later I followed up to find the item had been "delivered" checked cctv footage of my house for the day and time of delivery, no surprise, no deliveries for that day, or any day before or after. Contacted customer support who were very slow to respond and basically told me to check with the neighbours??? I asked them to provide proof of delivery and they wouldn't or couldn't? I asked them to follow up with the shipping company and no response. Finally received a response with a link to a Chinese shipping company who have horrible reviews on line. No response from shipping company and no response from Lux with a solution. Poor customer service, will never deal with these guys again and strongly advise others the same.

I bought the IPL laser hair removal, the blow dryer, a few other things . The IPL is broken , completely useless. The rest is just cheap crap. I don’t know why they are getting such good reviews their products are pure crap. Then when you want to return their broken crap YOU HAVE TO SEND TO CHINA , so the cost of shipping this box of crap back is the same as the refund . They do not back their products at all DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY… Save your money

This company has very little customer service . I ordered and paid for some products and then immediately after I realised I needed to cancel the order and change it . I emailed them ( as policy said you could cancel within one hour of purchase ) it took them many hours to get back to my email and then they simply said they are unable to cancel or refund due to their policy and emailed me a long last of policies . You are also unable to refund . You have to exchange for other goods . And no refunds on Sale orders . I shop online all the time and have never dealt with such a difficult to reach and invisibility customer service system. Emails I sent after the first one were never returned and there is no contact numbers to phone or addresses . Just one email . Worrying now that the products will be cheap imitators. Wouldn’t trust this site again .

As someone else described, I bought the IPL and plugged it in for the very first time and it started sparking and smoking. Emailed them, they asked for a video and I said not possible because of fire risk. That was 11 days ago and I’ve emailed 3x since, messaged on TikTok and IG, and nada. Complete scam.

I ordered their LED mask, and decided to cancel the order within 24 hours. I emailed them, no response. I went to their chat and they proceeded to tell me the order number the gave me was not a valid number. it was the same number they gave me on two emails they sent me, how is it not valid? Then they told me I contacted the wrong store, like no this is the exact store I ordered from. Still no update on my order. They are liars and scammers.

Brought the product just over a month ago, product arrived fine and was working until this week when I plugged in and it was making a crackling noise at the plug. Emailed the customer service team who asked for more info and a video to be sent I replied with the info and to say I cannot video as there is a risk of electrical fire. This was 5 days ago no response yet.. instagram team told me to wait 24 hours for a reply this was Tuesday and now we are at Thursday night and they are also ignoring my messages. So I am stuck with a faulty product that wasn’t cheap. Hoping I can contact my bank and raise a dispute to get my money back at least and will not buy from this company again which is a shame as the products are really good but customer service and being ignored is not worth the risk.

Very efficient and easy to view selections and shop. However I couldn’t find the Afterpay or zip pay option when completing my order.

as a several time repeat customer it makes sense they asked me to write a review for them - their products are great!
