No communication at all to say order was delayed and it still hasn’t been sent out. Was supposed to be a birthday present. Definitely won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Sorry to hear about your experience with our shipping partnership with UPS. Unfortunately, There was a mishap with your delivery and it took longer than expected. However, once you contacted us we got this issue resolved the same day and sorted the issue. You seemed pleased with the service and our prompt response at the time. Therefore, the 1-star review was a shock. Nevertheless, when rare instances like this happen we can only try our best to get it resolved as soon as possible which we believe we did.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, sent multiple emails all have been ignored. I sent back my ring weeks ago as it was turning my finger green they said they be happy to resolve the issue but no surprise I’ve had no refund OR replacement ring. Never purchasing from them again. Save your money or shop elsewhere 👎 UPDATE: (also they only replied about the issue AFTER receiving a bad review so you can tell from that what they really care about and it’s not the customers ) 14/4/2023

I bought a bangle bracelet from them. I’m not gonna lie, it was the worst piece of ” jewelry ” that I have ever seen. Stay away from this website. All the designs are stolen, all the bracelets cost 1-3$ on alibaba.
