Scam! Made a purchase and then was stung along by customer service for many months awaiting an update and then more months awaiting a refund once they finally admitted that it wasn't going to show up. Now the website is no existent and I still don't have a refund. I should have reported to my credit card from the start.

I bought two bags September 30, 2025. And of course I haven’t recieved them yet. Have asked for refund for weeks and weeks and nobody is getting back with me. A total scam

Terrible - Ordered a bag 3 months ago and no bag and no explanation. Asked for refund and they say since the courier company hasn’t said it’s lost they can’t refund me. Scam. Stay away!!!!

I ordered a purse on September 11th and I still have not received the order. Every time I contact customer service they keep telling me it's in route, and has gotten delayed at customs and they cannot help that. I understand that they cannot help when items get lost, but clearly that is what happened and they're not making it right. I have ordered many things during this time that came from overseas and everything has gotten here in a timely manner. I asked for a refund since clearly my order was lost and they will not do it. Do not order from this company!!!

run. scam at best. contact your credit card. I'm reaching out to news station to have consumer advocate publish this experience. hopefully save another person from this calamity.

I ordered my bag over a month ago infact it’s almost two months now and I still haven’t received it yet. They keep telling me to wait etc etc and they won’t refund me my money back. I’m very disappointed and upset. I would never recommend this company to anyone, buy at your own risk. I want my bag or my money back period!

Ordered my bag September 16. It is now October 16. Haven’t received an update on shipping and the company says be patient. I’m going to see if my credit card company will refund me.

I’m still waiting for my bag. It’s been over a month & no progress. I WILL NOT ORDER from this place again!!!

I have been waiting over a month and they keep telling me to be patient as soon as they see movement they will let me no.
There has been no movement from day 1.
Do not buy from them it’s a scam

I ordered my bag on 7/16/25, it’s now 8/20/25 and Luxore keeps telling me to be patient that my bag has been shipped. The tracking link doesn’t show any more than that. I don’t think I’ll ever see my bag. Very disappointed.

This company is a scam. They will never send you the product and claim that the delay is due to high volume of sales. Do not purchase on less you want to loose money.

Never received product & now fighting to get my money back. Been waiting over 6 weeks with nothing from company

I placed an order on 8/26/24 and it has not arrived yet as of 9/20/24. They have not contacted me with shipping information or a tracking number. I think this site may be a scam.
