Only bought sample pots initially x 3 which arrived within a few days. An additional sample pot was lost in the mail, however I called and a replacement was sent immediately at no cost. We do like the paint and will be placing an order.

I kept ringing to find out where my paint was - clearly it was lost but I’d been waiting too long. I gave three stars as they refunded my money. It ended up being ok as I bought direct from the paint company and it was much cheaper and I didn’t have to pay any shipping costs that I was charged on this site

I paid for next day delivery on the Thursday the paint didn’t arrive until Tuesday. Appalling customer service they really didn’t give a care. Will never use them again

The tins of paint were partly open when they arrived and leaking everywhere. I immediately phoned Luxury Paints, who asked for me to send pictures, which I did. I have heard nothing since, this is a week ago. I have carpet going down tomorrow in the room, so I've had to go and purchase other paint, and I've asked for a refund but got no reply on that too. Really disappointing. I will never use this company again.
