We had the most amazing long weekend with everything already planned. Took all the stress away. It was as if Hollie knew us personally. Every thing was spot on and so easy to follow. The restaurants, host and travel arrangements were all taken care of. Looking forward to booking next years, thinking a cruise!

In 40 years I had never arranged a holiday but as it was my wife’s 50th birthday I thought I’d arrange a surprise holiday for her. Luxury Sassy Escapes had been recommended so I thought I’d seek their help. I booked a cruise on the Norwegian Cruise Line for 10 days - Greece,Cypress, Egypt and Turkey. It was amazing and my wife was blown away. However, it really wasn’t to my credit - Hollie from Luxury Sassy Escapes should take all the credit. She guided me through the process - booking restaurants and reassuring me on the million things I thought could go wrong. She even said she was available to help if I had a problem - even though she was on holiday with her own family. An amazing experience that will live with my wife for her lifetime - so absolutely a 5 star rating. Superb service - especially to someone completely new to booking holidays.

We booked our summer holiday through Hollie, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We’re a family of five with three teenagers — not always the easiest to please! — but Hollie managed to find the perfect destination and accommodation that suited everyone.

Her communication and customer service were exceptional. She listened carefully to what we wanted, gave thoughtful recommendations, and was always quick to respond to questions. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made the whole process completely stress-free.

I was trying to arrange a surprise birthday trip for my partner who always surprises me! There is a complete minefield out there and I am such a technophobe that the stress was unreal! I reached out to Hollie who literally swooped in and within hours she sent me options of stunning hotels, train fares and flight details. We spoke a few times to refine the search and Hollie was just brilliant at understanding what I was looking for. She worked quickly and confidently to secure a reservation and flights including our seat selection so I did not have to worry about that either! Our flight times were fab, our hotel was simply stunning and Hollie did the most amazing job at meeting my every request. On arrival in our upgraded hotel room there was a delicious bottle of bubbly with a personal hand written note from Hollie which added that extra special touch or class and kindness! I cannot rate Hollie’s services enough. She was simply phenomenal! Now that I have found Hollie, I’m already planning the next little trip surprise as Hollie made it completely stress free and wonderful, meeting every one of my expectations and exceeding them! Thank you Hols, you’re a dream come true for me!

If I could give 6 stars, I would! The process was so easy from start to finish. How Hollie managed to make sense of my vague and contradictory wish list, I don’t know. I’m used to sourcing my own holidays but Hollie not only price matched the cheapest deal with a global travel company, she managed to beat it and find better, more exclusive deals only open to her because of her reputation, track record and all-round professionalism. She was so good, we booked our next two breaks. She even sorted out wheelchair assistance, transfers and other extras. Without her help, we’d still be surfing the web and going nowhere fast!

Hollie and the team have been exceptional. They are knowledgeable, helped me find the most amazing places I never would have found on my own. Their service is extremely personalised, they listen & really take the time to understand what you want. From there they make fantastic recommendations for you. If there’s anything else to help or enhance your holiday, they’ll go and do the research for you, saving a huge amount of time. They also have access to exclusive deals that I never would have been able to beat on my own. All round I’m highly impressed, was recommended by a friend and will definitely be recommending to everyone I know. I’m beyond happy. Superb service. Thank you so much.
