Tiles are high quality and look great 5 star. Only giving 4 star as delivery stated as 2 day and took 5 so delivery cost expensive.

Service was excellent. I got exactly what I had ordered in a timely manner. I ordered two separate items and only received one at first. I chased it up and was told that both items had been sent separately. I received the second item the following day and a message to say that the parcel has been delivered.

Great quality tiles and choice. The customer service was exceptional. I ordered an item that then turned out to be out of stock but Luxury Tiles managed to source some more of the tiles for me. They called me to let me know and sorted out the order straight away.

We searched for a special tile for a room we had just revamped and found Luxury Tiles with a great range of tiles,we ordered a full tile as they looked so good and was very pleased to receive it very quickly,as opposed to other companies that wouldn't supply a full tile.The tile was perfect for a full wall cover so we ordered the amount require,the company is so helpful and postage was very quick to arrive and kept us informed from purchase to arrival.5 stars for an amazing company that was so helpful in our project,you won't be disappointed if you use Luxury Tiles.Thanks to all the staff for getting it right regards Andy and Bev

Order tiles for my utility room as asked for a sample to be sent this arrived within a few days. I then ordered the quantity of tiles required they were delivered direct to my door in tact. Staff were very helpful on the phone had to pay a little extra on carriage because we live in Northern Ireland. However very happy because they delivered to us as most mainland companies do not deliver to Northern Ireland and it was still value for money. Definitely recommend this company

Beautiful and clearly very high quality tiles.

There were a few supply issues but not surprised with what's going on on the world at the moment but open communication quick to get things sorted and a great price.

One little bit of feedback is (I'm not sure if it's on there already) I used auto level tile spacers (the ones you screw down so level) and they scratched the tiles quite easily. Luckily and sensibly I only did a few to start so not too much of a loss but maybe mention on the product page of they are a hard or soft glaze so you can adapt your tiling method to suit.

Not everyone is as cautious and may have been upset even though technically you should always check

Placed an order, waited 2 weeks nothing arrived. Called and was told they would be re-sent, nothing arrived even though I was promised twice. Gave up and asked for a refund.

Complete chancers! Ordered samples - paid for sample & delivery. Contacted about non-receipt, said would re-send & refund delivery cost (didn't happen). Contacted again said would cancel & refund (didn't happen). Have had to go to credit card company & request a re-charge. Don't waste your time.

Luxury Tiles with luxury service
I was anxious after reading other reviews whether I would receive my tiles considering the tile choice I made was expensive. However, I was glad I took a chance as I received excellent customer service and the tiles I chose was perfect. Matt exceeded on his promise to get my tiles to me urgently. The mosaic mother of pearl I ordered is beautiful. The pics online does not do it justice. I was on a tight time scale to purchase my tiles and they arrived next day. I also needed more tiles a week later as we mis calculated and they were delivered to me the next day too. I would definitely recommend and be a returning customer.

I ordered two sets of tiles from Luxury Tiles on the Thursday right before the Easter Bank Holiday. Given a very tight deadline, it was crucial that they arrived in 1-2 days, as stated on the website. After reading reviews mentioning the tiles ship from Germany, I was initially skeptical about the turnaround time. Especially as we had a bank holiday weekend in the day.

However, the delivery was spot on. The tiles arrived exactly when promised and were packaged incredibly well. I’ve ordered tiles from other companies many times only to have them arrive smashed, but these were perfect and looked exactly like the website photos. A huge thank you to Matt Thompson, who replied to every one of my emails within minutes. I’ll definitely be using Luxury Tiles again for their speed, great packaging and excellent communication!

Super fast delivery, one pack of tiles were broken on the bottom of the pallet. Quick email and a couple of photos as evidence.no messing,Sent out replacement tiles that were delivered in two days. Great service highly recommended.

I needed some mosaic tiles for a couple of renovation jobs. Searching the net and Trustpilot I was pleased to find Luxury tiles. The tiles looked very glamorous and just what I needed. And the turnaround speedy.
I ordered three lots of samples and one full sheet of different mosaics. A box arrived with one sample, generous size, but nothing else. Confused I emailed the firm. Later a packet arrived with two small samples. But no sheet. The firm did respond and explained that the full sheet was out of stock and as it was handmade could give me no due date. They have refunded my money. Nowhere did the website indicate that the sheet was out of stock. The customer services handled my query fairly speedily but sadly the job is not finished and I am not feeling confident in ordering from them again.
