Quick delivery, good communication.

Paid extra for guaranteed delivery before 12pm… it came after so I wasn’t happy. However after raising concerns I received a phone call from the company and had a nice chat with them. They were very friendly and apologised and gave me a refund on the delivery.
A refreshing experience and as a result I will shop with them again in the future, it is nice to have a company who you can talk to on the phone. Thank you

Absolutely disgraceful delivery service.

This has to be one of the worst delivery experiences I have had. They do not even provide a simple 2-hour delivery window, which is completely unreasonable. People have jobs and cannot sit at home all day waiting blindly for a driver.
If you miss the delivery or nobody is home, they then charge an outrageous £70 redelivery fee, which feels like daylight robbery. What makes it even worse is that after paying this extra charge, the service still remains useless.
I had already paid for redelivery and then spent more than 3 hours waiting for someone to come back to me with even a rough delivery time, and still got no proper answer. So after taking another £70 from me, they still expected me to waste an entire working day waiting around with no communication, no timeslot, and no respect for the customer.
This delivery system is outdated, badly managed, and frankly unacceptable in this day and age. Charging customers premium money for such a poor, chaotic, and unprofessional service is an absolute disgrace.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering if delivery is involved, because the lack of communication and the ridiculous extra charges are beyond frustrating.

Professional on time

I ordered a sample tile as a contrast to my kitchen cupboards unfortunately although described as light green the tile was much darker than expected and not suitable for my project.
