I cannot recommend Luxury Tiles. We ordered two boxes of tiles from them and paid a delivery fee of £25 which you would expect would guarantee they would be handled with care. Unfortunately however half the tiles were shattered on transit. When I requested support (I was expecting a replacement or a refund) they refused. I am very disappointed and will not be buying from them again.

Very good experience, quick and smooth delivery, have an excellent range of tiles and had the exact tiles I was looking for. All in all a great company to purchase from.

First Class service swift delivery

Fast delivery. Good customer service

I recently ordered several bathroom floor tile samples from Luxury Tiles UK. The website provided many choices and the tiles arrived well packaged. Being able to view a full sized tile sample will help with our decision making. Thank you.

BEAUTIFUL TILES, fast service and delivered with care. Not being installed until end of January but thus far very impressed

If you need tiles…don’t look anywhere else …Great company… very easy and intuitive website, prices are lower than all competitors and very quick delivery time.
I will be using them again Thanks

Love the tiles. Easy ordering and delivery.

Easy to order, Product was great! Would 100% use again! Great service.

The Cairo Gold Glass Mosaic from luxury tiles uk are simply beautiful. I couldn't find anything else out there of this quality and the price from Luxury tiles uk was amazing too. 5 stars from me.

Terrible experience/ Do NOT order from this brand

Order mosaic tiles on 21/10/25 and still haven't received them. They don't answer calls, ignore emails and won't issue a refund.
Extremely disappointing service.

Right from my very first enquiry Matt was genuinely kind and helpful. He sent a decent size sample for us to view and it matched our existing choice of tile perfectly. When I called to make my order he was extremely patient and double checked he had ordered everything we needed. The tiles are stunning and of excellent quality. They truly are luxury tiles. Matt even called after delivery, to check they had arrived safely and in good order. Fantastic service from start to finish. Thank you so very much Matt. We will certainly be recommending you to everyone.

I had a great experience with this company, I ordered from another company on eBay and the order wasn’t fulfilled (chasing my refund was a sight faff). I found Luxury tiles via google, they were the only other place I could find stocking the exact tiles I wanted. Bonus- the price was very reasonable. Unlike others, the shipping was also a very fair price for a small order. The delivery was super speedy and the tiles arrived in perfect condition! Will know not to go elsewhere again, will definitely use again and would highly recommend!

Great service from Luxury Tiles. They were very helpful and easy to deal with and our order arrived well packed and the delivery was speedy. We ordered the mother of pearl penny tiles which look stunning in our en suite bathroom and provide the wow feature. Recommended

It was a timely delivery, the materials all arrived without damage.

The questions I asked were answered quickly.
